- Kyra Bolzan, Psychology Expert & Mentor, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Kyra Bolzan is a psychology expert, mentor and the creator of the Identity Transformation Method™, psychology-backed methodology built for high-achieving entrepreneurs and visionaries who are ready to close the gap between external success and internal fulfillment. Her method integrates five proven pillars: conscious coaching, subconscious healing, somatic work, nervous system regulation, and soul-level remembrance to create permanent identity shifts and achieve dream results in business and love that strategy alone can’t deliver. With a master’s degree in psychology and an exceptional ability to detect deep psychological blind spots, Kyra specializes in the kind of transformation most people never reach because they’re stuck addressing symptoms instead of the root identity driving their results. Kyra is the founder of The Legacy Club, a private portal for leaders, creatives, and disruptors who are done chasing success that comes at the cost of peace, intimacy, or fulfillment. Inside this high-level space, they evolve into the version of themselves who can actually build and hold the next-level love, wealth, and legacy they’re working so hard to earn. Her work specializes in solving what Kyra calls the Identity Gap, the psychological and somatic misalignment between who someone is on paper and how their life actually feels. Whether it’s the high-achiever stuck in hustle with nothing to show for it, or the successful one who still feels deeply unfulfilled, no strategy, manifestation, or mindset shift will stick until that gap is resolved at the root. Kyra’s method is built to do exactly that. Kyra’s approach is brutally honest, psychologically rigorous, and built for real results. This is the end of proving, performing, and pushing and the beginning of a new standard of leadership rooted in embodiment, emotional safety, and healed power. Because when your identity is calibrated, success becomes fulfilling, love becomes safe, and life finally feels free. - Elaina Rice, Certified Creative Growth Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Elaina Rice has been chasing creative sparks since high school, when her instinct for discovering what resonates first emerged through music—spotting bands before the rest of the world caught on. That early intuition for culture and connection eventually led her to design school, where she learned to translate gut feeling into craft.Elaina began her career in textbook publishing design, where she developed a deep understanding of how people learn—how to cue attention, scaffold complex ideas, and guide a reader’s eye so information not only looks compelling, but truly lands. Beyond the structured world of publishing, her creativity thrived in Orlando’s nightlife scene, where she designed concert posters and themed event flyers that seemed to hum with sound even before you entered the venue. She also explored music and stand-up comedy, disciplines that honed her timing, emotional honesty, and ability to read a room.Today, Elaina channels that multifaceted background into her work as a creative coach, helping artists and innovators strengthen their craft, trust their taste, and overcome self-doubt. Her coaching process blends emotional intelligence with strategic creativity—supporting clients as they build consistent habits, quiet their inner critic, and ship work with conviction. To stay grounded and connected to her own growth, Elaina hosts Confessions from a Creative Growth, a Substack podcast where she speaks candidly about her personal journey. Through reflections on emotional literacy, self-trust, boundaries, and resilience, she models the transparency she encourages in her clients.Elaina’s path of transformation is also captured in her book, Safe to Be Me: How I Healed, Traveled, and Transformed, a heartfelt exploration of creativity, self-discovery, and the courage it takes to live authentically.A certified coach through the Jay Shetty Coaching School, Elaina’s practice is deeply informed by her own self-work and by her commitment to helping neurodivergent and “neuro-spicy” creatives find clarity, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Each chapter of her life’s journey has shaped her philosophy: that true creative growth begins when we stop hiding behind doubt and start trusting who we already are.Whether through coaching, writing, or conversation, Elaina Rice invites others to reclaim their creative power—and to remember that transformation is, at its heart, an art form. - Kimberly Krasowski, Psychotherapist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Kimberly Krasowski, LMHC, CAGS, CAATP is a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of Beacon EMDR and Mental Health Services. She specializes in trauma and abuse recovery, domestic violence recovery, and grief, and supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-worth issues, and managing life stressors. Her work focuses on helping clients identify their core beliefs, understand how these were formed and how they are impacting them in their daily lives. She assists clients in identifying deeply rooted patterns of behavior that impact their relationships, sense of self, and overall well-being. Kimberly first began working in the field of mental health while in college at the University of New Hampshire. She interned at a local homeless shelter over the summer and fell in love with connecting with the residents and their experiences. She was then drawn to interning for a local domestic violence advocacy group. After spending time answering the 24-hr. hotline and attending court proceedings with women as a court advocate, she developed a passion for domestic violence awareness and supporting survivors. Kimberly graduated from UNH in 1997 and immediately began her master’s degree program at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. During this 3-year program, Kimberly interned at two elementary schools and one outpatient mental health organization, which allowed her to gain experience teaching lessons, facilitating small groups for students, and working within home environments with children and their families. Upon graduation in 2000, Kimberly began working for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. She was once again working in home environments with children and their families, loving these connections. Unfortunately, she needed to suddenly look for another role when it became unsafe for her to continue working in the neighborhood she was working in. Kimberly found her next home at the Lancaster Elementary School in Salem, NH, where she stayed for the next 22 years. Kimberly felt the draw to use her clinical skills and grow as a clinician; thus, she began working at LifeStance Health, Inc. for the next 2 years until she ultimately decided to follow her dream of starting her own private practice. Kimberly integrates evidence-based approaches with a client-centered, trauma-informed lens, with a particular passion for helping individuals who feel stuck in cycles of emotional pain, self-doubt, or unhealthy relationship dynamics. Kimberly is dedicated to helping clients move beyond survival patterns toward clarity, empowerment, and lasting change. In addition to her clinical work, Kimberly is committed to education and advocacy in the mental health field. She creates content and writes to make complex psychological concepts more accessible, helping individuals better understand themselves and their healing process. Through her work, Kimberly supports clients in reconnecting with themselves, building resilience, and creating more fulfilling, authentic lives.
