Under her leadership, over 20,000 professionals have been trained globally and also successfully managed and secured more than $20 million in funding across diverse sectors, underscoring the substantial impact on reducing harm within workplaces and communities.

In 2022, Vernisha expanded her commitment to holistic wellness with the inception of DanceHerSize, an innovative program tailored for women and girls.
