That early intuition for culture and connection eventually led her to design school, where she learned to translate gut feeling into craft.Elaina began her career in textbook publishing design, where she developed a deep understanding of how people learn—how to cue attention, scaffold complex ideas, and guide a reader’s eye so information not only looks compelling, but truly lands. Beyond the structured world of publishing, her creativity thrived in Orlando’s nightlife scene, where she designed concert posters and themed event flyers that seemed to hum with sound even before you entered the venue. She also explored music and stand-up comedy, disciplines that honed her timing, emotional honesty, and ability to read a room.Today, Elaina channels that multifaceted background into her work as a creative coach, helping artists and innovators strengthen their craft, trust their taste, and overcome self-doubt.
