- Katya Sokol, Family Constellation & Business Mindset Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Katya Sokol is a systemic family constellation therapist, ICF-certified coach, and creator of generational systemic meditations, working at the intersection of family systems, business psychology, and entrepreneurial mindset. Based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she trained professionally in Russia, Europe, and the United States, combining Hellinger systemic constellation work, ICF coaching tools, and her own generational meditation practice. Over 6 years of private practice, Katya has completed 500+ hours of individual work with 160+ clients. Most of them are Russian-speaking women entrepreneurs in North America, building serious businesses and running into the same invisible ceiling. A financial plateau. The sense that earning more feels unsafe. Difficulty scaling or delegating. Recurring patterns in partnerships. These look like separate problems. In practice, they often share one source: systemic patterns inherited through family that continue to limit income and opportunity in the next generation. This is where the combination of methods Katya has built over years comes in. Constellation work provides a systemic lens and makes hidden connections visible. Coaching practices translate that awareness into concrete steps and sustainable results. Generational meditations anchor the shifts at a deeper level. Together, this mix allows her to work with both precision and speed, achieving real change without years of process. Katya herself navigated immigration, built her practice from scratch in a new country, and raised her son as a single mother. That lived experience shapes who she works with and how. She has been featured in international publications and works with clients across North America and Europe. - Jayda Morgan, Mindset Coach & Founder of More Than Therapy , Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Jayda Morgan is a mindset coach, qualified stress management consultant and founder of More Than Therapy, an initiative dedicated to helping men strengthen their mindset, navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional wellbeing. Her journey into men’s wellbeing began in 2019 when she founded The Men’s Salon, a dedicated space created to encourage men to prioritise their physical wellbeing, self-care and personal confidence. What started as a business focused on men’s grooming and wellness gradually revealed a much deeper need. Through years of working closely with men from different backgrounds and walks of life, Jayda recognised that many were carrying emotional pressures, relationship difficulties, personal setbacks and responsibilities they rarely felt comfortable discussing openly. Conversations during appointments often extended beyond treatments, highlighting the importance of having somewhere to feel heard, understood and supported without judgement. With a professional background in stress management, with a solution-focused approach support, Jayda recognised an opportunity to bring together her knowledge, experience and passion for helping others. This became the foundation of More Than Therapy. Through More Than Therapy, Jayda focuses on helping men develop greater self-awareness, manage stress, rebuild confidence and gain clarity during difficult periods of life. Her work explores subjects including mindset, emotional resilience, relationships, separation, grief, personal identity and the pressures men experience in everyday life. Her approach is grounded in honest conversations, practical perspectives and the belief that meaningful change begins when individuals recognise their ability to take responsibility for their next steps. Rather than encouraging men to suppress their emotions or feel defined by their circumstances, she promotes self-understanding, personal growth and positive action. Alongside her individual support, educational and social media content, Jayda is developing community based wellbeing initiatives designed to make conversations around men’s emotional health more accessible and encourage connection, movement and personal development. As a contributor to Brainz Magazine, Jayda aims to share practical insights, professional perspectives and thought-provoking discussions that challenge the expectations often placed on men. Her goal is to encourage more men to recognise that they do not have to face life’s challenges in silence and that seeking clarity, support and personal growth can be a powerful step towards rebuilding their lives. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: your past and your circumstances do not have to determine the direction of your future.
