Katya Sokol is a systemic family constellation therapist, ICF-certified coach, and creator of generational systemic meditations, working at the intersection of family systems, business psychology, and entrepreneurial mindset. Based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she trained professionally in Russia, Europe, and the United States, combining Hellinger systemic constellation work, ICF coaching tools, and her own generational meditation practice.
 
Over 6 years of private practice, Katya has completed 500+ hours of individual work with 160+ clients. Most of them are Russian-speaking women entrepreneurs in North America, building serious businesses and running into the same invisible ceiling. A financial plateau. The sense that earning more feels unsafe. Difficulty scaling or delegating. Recurring patterns in partnerships. These look like separate problems. In practice, they often share one source: systemic patterns inherited through family that continue to limit income and opportunity in the next generation.

Katya herself navigated immigration, built her practice from scratch in a new country, and raised her son as a single mother. That lived experience shapes who she works with and how. She has been featured in international publications and works with clients across North America and Europe.
