We have all experienced it! Our mind creates a thought. It gets excited about it. Then our hearts sink or else our guts just will not accept it. But we follow our head because it knows best!

After the experience, we were all upset because we either did not listen to our hearts or else ignored our gut feeling. But it had to happen and now we can only make amendments by trying to sort out things and get back on track. Obviously we need to keep our lessons and move on.

What do you understand by brain? Is it something logical and mental for you? Have you ever felt that you had more than one brain? Have you ever felt that your gut including intestines, stomach and bowels think and feel too? Have you ever thought that your heart, apart from feelings holds memories too?

By now you may know that our memories, traumas and experiences leave an indelible mark on our brain. But have you ever imagined which brain is storing what and why?

So now it is confirmed that we hold 3 brains: the mind, the heart and the gut brains. They all hold the power to think, feel and store memories or traumas.

The time is right to incorporate science with esoteric teachings. Esoteric traditions have always distinguished the mind, the heart and the gut as independent from each other yet they work together and that they depend on each other for completeness. Now science is adding neuroscience to it and it will greatly help humanity.

At Wellbeing Consultancy Malta, I help clients heal their emotions and memories stored in these brains.

Once you accept it, I will draw up a roadmap to help your physical body connect the three of them, dialogue with them, make peace with your stored emotions and in return heal your physical body.

Then through coaching, herbal remedies, reiki, reflexology and art therapy I assist clients to connect the 3 brains together. This is a great step in physical, mental and emotional healing. The alignment of feelings and thoughts assisted by courage and self-esteem complete the healing.

In a nutshell:

A healthy mind focuses and strategizes its thoughts to help us reach our goals. It serves as our focal point for creativity.

A healthy heart processes emotions in a healthy way and keeps the body happy and fulfilled. It knows how to create boundaries while it finds its self-worth and is happy.

A healthy gut is vital for the perfect functioning of the body. It cures digestion, assimilation of foods and keeps the body healthy. It is also our seat of courage, determination and power. Obviously it grounds us, helps us feel safe and obviously raises our self-esteem.
