Invisible health conditions affect millions of people worldwide, yet too often, the support system doesn’t align with their unique needs. From chronic pain to neurodivergence, these conditions affect not only physical well-being but also mental and emotional health, creating challenges that go far beyond what is seen on the surface. As an entrepreneur, clinical psychologist, and someone who lives with invisible health conditions myself, I know firsthand how these challenges impact every aspect of life, especially when it comes to building and running a business.

Silhouetted man in suit stands amidst indistinct crowd, facing abstract geometric structures. Monochromatic theme evokes a futuristic mood.

That’s why I created The Invisible CEO: an online group experience that empowers entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, and thought leaders with invisible barriers to build businesses and careers that align with their energy, identity, and ambition.

The invisible CEO: Empowering entrepreneurs to lead from their energy

Entrepreneurship, running a business, and building a career are demanding. When you add invisible conditions into the mix, whether it’s chronic fatigue, ADHD, dysautonomia, women’s health issues, trauma, or any other chronic condition, it can feel impossible to sustain your business and health simultaneously. Many high-performing individuals with invisible health challenges face burnout, stress, and frustration, all while trying to meet social expectations of productivity and success, not to mention their own beliefs that can get in the way of progress.

But The Invisible CEO isn’t about pushing through the pain or keeping up with hustle culture; it’s about healing business culture. Hard-working visionaries, often trying to think bigger, do more, and please others, tend to self-sacrifice, neglect their needs, and cycle between burnout and burnout recovery. The Invisible CEO experience is designed to help individuals like you slow down (yes, slow down, key productivity strategy), and learn how to work strategically in a way that supports your body, energy, and values, not against them.

It can also be isolating and incredibly lonely when you are busy trying to build your career or business while managing health and responsibilities. The Invisible CEO experience is about building connections with a motivated, inspirational group who truly understand and get it, and exposure to inspirational ideas.

As a clinical psychologist and business strategist, I use my lived experience, combined with my expertise in neurobiology, somatic tools, business, and entrepreneurship, to guide my members toward sustainable growth. This isn’t about managing symptoms. This is about rewiring your nervous system to lead from a place of alignment, energy, and self-worth, to build your capacity and tolerance for your business or career.

A new kind of business success: Healing first, hustle never

When you’re living with invisible health conditions, the typical hustle-and-grind culture simply doesn’t work. It burns you out and leaves you feeling depleted. The Invisible CEO is about reimagining what success looks like for high-achieving entrepreneurs who are ready to break free from internalized pressure, beliefs that keep them stuck or hidden, and performative success.

Here are some of the key things we focus on in the program:

  • A rhythm that works with your energy (not against it)

  • Ongoing tools to build when you’re ready, and rest when you’re not

  • A real community where you don’t have to mask, explain, or prove your pace

  • Compassionate structure that’s always waiting, not chasing you

What makes the invisible CEO different?

  • It’s flare-up friendly and shame-free

  • It was built by someone who lives there

  • It doesn’t just “include” the nervous system, it centers it

  • It offers mentorship and strategy that honors your limitations

  • And it’s priced to be financially sustainable, because the cost of living with invisible conditions goes beyond dollars

A holistic approach to invisible health and entrepreneurship

For far too long, invisible health conditions have been seen as something to “manage” or “overcome,” often through strategies that don’t align with the individual’s needs. The Invisible CEO takes a different approach; it’s about creating success from a place of wholeness.

Invisible conditions do not always have to be limitations. They are part of your story. When you learn how to honor them, they can become powerful sources of insight, creativity, and strength. Through The Invisible CEO, I show members how to turn their invisible challenges into their greatest assets, creating a life and business that reflects what they desire.

The future of entrepreneurial health: Rewiring success

The work I do through The Invisible Health Network and The Invisible CEO is not just about helping individuals manage their health or build their businesses. It’s about creating systemic change. Our healthcare system and business culture are built on outdated models that no longer serve those of us living with invisible conditions. It’s time to change that.

The Invisible CEO is leading the charge by giving high-performing entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, and thought leaders the tools they need to thrive without sacrificing their health.

Transforming the future of healthcare

The Invisible CEO is one stream of The Invisible Health Network. Another initiative is Clinical Compass Solutions, with the development of the COMPASS-FIVE framework. My career has been focused on pioneering new systems for better outcomes and sustainability. Through the launch of The Invisible Health Network, my mission is to provide holistic, transformative services designed for systemic change. These services are aimed at:

  1. Helping healthcare providers offer sustainable care that leads to improved patient outcomes and practitioner well-being.

  2. Raising education and awareness about commonly misdiagnosed or dismissed conditions, especially those common in women’s health.

The need for a new approach to invisible health

Invisible health conditions, such as persistent pain, autoimmune disorders, neurodivergence, trauma, or fatigue syndromes, present unique challenges for both patients and healthcare providers. The current healthcare system is designed to treat individual conditions in isolation, creating fragmented care that overlooks the interconnectedness of the mind, body, experiences, and environment.

There are high levels of dismissal, delayed diagnoses, sometimes for years or even decades, misrecognition, and medical trauma. Another aspect that also needs consideration is the healthcare provider’s experience. Healthcare providers are often working with patients who may be on guard, distressed, or have past traumatic experiences from previous dismissals or negative interactions. There is also the worry of being reported, professional burnout, and a lack of support when working with complex presentations.

Mainstream training provides little education on complex conditions, particularly those that have complex psychological and physical interplay, are multi-systemic, and are predominantly found in women. Healthcare providers report high levels of burnout, frustration, and emotional exhaustion when managing patients with complex, chronic conditions. The health system was not designed for what is happening; people are suffering, and professional burnout is higher than ever.

The urgent need for an effective clinical framework

The COMPASS-FIVE: Interdisciplinary Framework for Complex Care (C5: IFCC) is a trauma-informed, validation-driven, and integrative model that I have developed for people who present with complex, chronic, and invisible health conditions, often facing years of delayed diagnoses and dismissal.

The COMPASS-FIVE directly addresses the gaps in current care models by integrating the physical, psychological, environmental, and whole-person aspects of health. This empowers healthcare providers to offer more cohesive, personalized, and sustainable care to patients with invisible, complex conditions.

Introducing Compass-Five: A revolutionary model for complex care

The COMPASS-FIVE model was built from years of clinical experience, lived experience, and research. It helps healthcare providers deliver more comprehensive, patient-centered care while preventing burnout and ensuring sustainable outcomes for both patients and practitioners. The model focuses on five key pillars:

  1. Biopsychosocial clinical reasoning

  2. Trauma-informed practice

  3. Validation-based communication

  4. Interdisciplinary collaboration

  5. Clinician sustainability and wellbeing

Through COMPASS-FIVE education, healthcare providers are empowered with the knowledge and tools needed to treat invisible health conditions in a way that respects the clinical picture. It fosters collaboration across disciplines, providing patients with the individualized care they deserve while also supporting the healthcare provider sustainably.
