Sensitive, empathetic women get ready. Never in history has there been a time when your skills and gifts are in such high demand. With the mass exodus of educated professionals from fields like teaching, healthcare, and corporate business, comes a demand for skilled coaches, healers, and guides who can help them navigate their inner landscapes and hearts longing.
The coaching industry has been growing at a steady rate, but to date, it’s been saturated with achievement-driven, masculine energies and methodologies.
People don’t want to just get ahead any longer, they want to feel aligned. Aligned with their soul’s purpose, aligned with their value systems, and aligned with their family’s needs.
Women especially are now looking for a more feminine approach than setting and achieving SMART goals or working on their mindset through mantras and willpower. They did that, and then some, yet struggled with lasting results. They are looking for someone they can trust to be vulnerable enough to look deeper, release the past, and finally allow their inner glow to begin to shine again.
If your intuition is something you’ve had to hide away at work, you may have mistakenly thought that it wasn’t a monetizable skill, other than setting up shop with a crystal ball and purple velvet sign. However, there is a new wave of feminine coaching gaining traction right now, and modeling a high vibration through an open heart is at its core.
Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. Lightworkers everywhere are remembering why they came. You’ve been in a holding pattern, just waiting for this very moment to shine your own inner light, while assisting others in uncovering theirs. The earth is waking up and the people on it have no choice but to wake up too or let the mismatch in vibration crush them. The roles are reversing and those who are only focused on achievement will soon not be able to thrive in this new vibration, any better than we were thriving in the overly masculine, hustle and grind.
Women have been suffering in silence for far too long. We now crave healing, connection, visibility, and understanding. And we are willing to invest in it to the extent we invested in material goods over the past few decades that failed to deliver the permanent joy they promised.
I was blessed to have a fellow intuitive healer as my best friend and sister, so we are ahead of the curve, and have already built a community of Sister Coaches dedicated to alignment and authenticity. Our community understands that only our own internal light can provide lasting ease, fulfillment, and joy, and we keep that light lit by using The Expansion Method daily and supporting each other’s slow and steady, personal and professional expansion.
Our students have said repeatedly that they were always sensitive to energies, and intuitive, but did not know how to package or structure a business out of it, or don’t want to start a business as a healer at all. They just want to put their intuition and hearts to good use in the world, while having the support they need as a highly sensitive person (HSP). They love the idea of helping others in this deeply feminine, collaborative way, and feel confident in their abilities after completing our training.
