Ever so often, we are run by routine, where we don’t really think about what we’re doing or how that makes us feel. We just do it because we’re supposed to, right? And if we feel tired, we haven’t learned to rest, but instead tell ourselves to keep going because there are no other options right now. Even though that’s not the real truth, we have been taught to think that way to keep up with society's standards. The rest will simply have to wait. Meaning the inner wisdom of your body will have to wait to be heard. That, in turn, teaches your body and mind that you are not a priority when it comes to your needs. Then how do we break that cycle? How do you know when something is a match for you? How do you know if you're on the right path? And how does it feel to be in alignment with yourself?

Young woman relaxing in a moment of calm with coffee and smartphone at outdoor cafe.

It feels light, it’s free flowing and the whole body says yes. Opportunities are coming in and you're happier and feel more energetic. You experience more gratitude for the little things that are happening in your daily life, and not only when the major things happen.

Having a smile on your face that is just there naturally. You're no longer struggling to find the next move because it's just coming into your course naturally. Your nervous system is calmer and relaxed, and you don't feel the need to stress about money or to impress someone that doesn't have anything to do with your life. Instead, you feel confident in checking in with yourself about what is resonating with you in this moment.

Energetics

Shifting the energy and shifting your belief system.

Whatever story you keep telling yourself subconsciously will determine the state of your energy is at and also where your intention lies.

Our mind is only functioning in the now; therefore, whatever you tell yourself right now will set the direction of the actions the mind will do, thus what your mind will tell your body to do, what hormones to produce, what muscles to tense or relax, etc.

It's a cycle of reactions and ripples that will form our vibration. Our vibration is our energy. And our energy is our wisdom.

So, to shift the state you are in, you start by giving your mind instructions on what to think instead.

Example: “Does this really resonate with me right now?” If it’s a no, then it’s a no. It’s not a “Ok, then let’s see how I can conform so that I can fit that anyway”. No, it’s a “that doesn’t resonate with me, let’s see if there are other options that will resonate with me”.

Shift from "I can't do this" to "I have what it takes to do this and if there's anything I don't know, I will figure it out."

Shift from "in a few months I'll be able to." to "I am creating more opportunities for myself to advance in (subject) right now and every day forward."

When you are in your more progressive thought, notice how that thought makes you feel, notice what happens in your body and mind when you say these words to yourself. And notice the difference in feeling vs when you speak/think your old thoughts.

The more you practice being in your higher frequency and in alignment, the more you'll notice who your tribe is and who is not, what will work for you and what will not. The more you'll find out who you really are and how you function. By learning and practicing how to get to know yourself on a deeper level, you’ll gain insights, not just about yourself but also about the world around you and it’s in those insights you’ll find your wisdom. Wisdom lies in the feeling, touch and intuition of your higher being. And it’s worth listening to.
