Cassie’s journey started like many others, with a desire to lose weight and feel better. We met in a local boxing class in 2020, and slowly we began working together. First, a few programs and one-off sessions, and she started transforming her body. What she didn’t realize then was how deeply her goals and identity would evolve.

A woman is smiling while doing a plank exercise on a yoga mat, following an online workout on her laptop in a bright room.

Fast forward through four years, our coaching relationship evolved, including a 12-week photoshoot challenge and full-spectrum coaching support. Now, she represents Team KG as an athlete, and she’s preparing for her first-ever physique show in early 2026.

Ironically, Cassie once swore she’d never do it. “Don’t even ask me about a comp,” she laughed.

But in 2024, she came to me with a question: “What would it look like if I did give it a go?”

That question launched a calculated, science-led process beginning in September 2024. With a combination of hypertrophy training, fat-loss phases, reverse dieting, and metabolic adaptation, Cassie’s body has become a well-oiled machine.

A recent 6-week mini cut dropped 4kg with no loss in muscle. Her calories are now climbing again, and her weight is still trending down. This is the metabolic payoff of building muscle and playing the long game.

Her adherence has been nothing short of elite, with over 90% nutrition compliance across months, and full dedication to her training. Even with birthdays, holidays, and cruises, the structure never broke. It bent, adjusted, and flexed around real life while keeping the end goal in focus.

Now, with stage prep just around the corner, Cassie embodies strategic transformation: educated, empowered, and prepared.

She didn’t just lose weight; she built a body, a mindset, and a lifestyle that will carry her through her first season and beyond.
