I am a dynamic person, deeply connected to spirituality and strongly committed to personal growth. Writing is one of my primary channels for self-expression and for sharing insights gained through my experiences and personal observations.
At home, I am a mother and a wife. I love seeing my children grow, and I am learning from them every day. I value quiet time with my family and close friends, and I enjoy hosting our traditional New Year’s Eve dinner.
Professionally, through my energy alignment and coaching work, I like to create a safe and supportive space for individuals seeking self-reflection, energetic balance, and conscious growth toward their goals or aspirations. Being someone that overcame many difficulties in life, including adapting to a new culture, overcoming toxic relationships, traumas, and anxiety, I can relate to what others are going through, and I can help them identify patterns and tools that would support and help them to succeed in their journey.
Something interesting about me, that most didn’t know before I published my book, is my deep connection with spirituality since a young age, and also the exciting explorations I do in the ‘dream world’ via lucid dreaming and astral projection experiences. These experiences became more prominent in my life once I started to practice daily meditations – it’s like going on vacation to a distant world and being able to do amazing, incredible things with just the power of my thoughts!
What inspired you to begin sharing your personal journey through writing, spirituality, and inner exploration?
When I first began writing, it was entirely for myself. Writing became a tool for reflection, and it helped me organize and process my experiences. Telling my own story was very healing, and it felt like closing a chapter of my life.
Through the process of writing, I became aware of how alone I had felt when navigating difficult times, such as grief, trauma, and insecurities. With that realization, I chose to make my story public in the hope of helping others that were navigating similar challenges. After that, I started to post on social media aiming to be one of the positive voices guiding others through their personal and spiritual journeys. Each person has their own path, their own story, and I just hope to be one sparkle of inspiration when they are turning a difficult corner in their lives.
Can you describe a moment in your life that shifted your perspective and ultimately shaped who you are today?
There was a period in my life when, from the outside, I appeared happy and successful. I was studying at one of the most prestigious universities in the world, was with the man I loved, and had met many of the expectations I had set for myself. Yet internally, I was struggling with anxiety and recurring panic attacks.
What shifted my perspective was not a single dramatic event, but the moment I became honest about that inner experience. I realized that I could lose everything I had worked so hard for if I didn’t change my perspective and begin to heal. That awareness led me to seek the support I needed and marked the beginning of a long journey of healing and personal growth.
What is the core message you want readers or clients to take away from your work?
The core message I hope to share is that no matter where you are from or what your current situation may be, you can succeed if you don’t give up and are willing to take an honest look inward. As we become more aware of ourselves, identifying our triggers and our strengths, we can start to move toward what aligns with our highest potential. By truly knowing ourselves, we start to make choices that are more aligned with our soul and from there, infinite possibilities can arise.
Every day we have a choice to make: to stay on the path we are on or make a conscious choice to change directions. It’s all up to us.
How do you help people navigate anxiety, transformation, or spiritual growth through your services and content?
Anxiety, life transitions, or spiritual growth can feel overwhelming because we often face them alone or without guidance. Through energy alignment, coaching, and my written content, I guide people to develop awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns. This awareness is the foundation for making conscious choices, whether it’s shifting how we respond to stress, navigating personal transformation, or deepening our spiritual connection.
In coaching and energy alignment, my approach is personalized, as people are on different paths and at different stages of their lives. Some may be seeking a more spiritual experience through energy healing and intuitive guidance, while others are focused on personal or even professional growth. All of these aspects are interconnected and play an important role in our overall wellbeing. Depending on where someone is on their journey, we may begin by focusing on one area and gradually explore the others. Ultimately, my goal is to help each person feel more aligned, empowered, and confident in creating a life that reflects who they truly are.
What tools, practices, or approaches do you find most effective for someone beginning their journey of self-understanding and healing?
For someone starting this journey, the most important step is cultivating awareness by noticing thoughts, emotional triggers, and repetitive patterns. From that foundation, people can begin to understand themselves more deeply and respond to their needs accordingly.
I often guide people to start with simple, consistent practices that can be integrated into daily life. This might include journaling to reflect on inner experiences, meditation or visualization to calm and center the mind, and gentle energy awareness exercises to reconnect with their body and intuition.
One key aspect of healing is that strong emotions can surface as we become more aware of our thoughts and start to pay closer attention to our bodies. It is very important to recognize whether these emotions are something an individual can process and integrate on their own, or if additional support is needed. Open dialogue is essential, and we should never feel ashamed to seek additional help when necessary.
How does your background influence the way you guide others – and what makes your approach unique?
My background has had a profound influence on the way I guide others. Having earned a PhD in engineering and spent years working in a structured, analytical environment, I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and disciplined focus. At the same time, my sensitivity to energy and inner experiences has been present since childhood, shaping my understanding of the unseen, subtle aspects of life.
Bringing these two worlds together, analytical rigor and intuitive awareness, is what makes my approach unique. I help people navigate transformation in a way that is grounded and practical, while also honoring their inner guidance, emotions, and energy. I don’t just offer tools or techniques; I create a space where people can explore themselves deeply, reflect honestly, and make conscious choices that resonate with both their mind and their spirit.
In essence, my work is about integration, guiding people to balance logic with intuition, action with reflection, and external goals with inner alignment.
What success stories or breakthroughs from your clients or readers are you most proud of?
Some of the moments I’m most proud of are when people feel truly seen and understood, and when they walk away feeling empowered to lead their own lives.
I feel so much joy every time a person reaches out and shares how reading my story inspired them and helped them feel less alone in their struggles. It’s incredibly meaningful to know that expressing ourselves with authenticity can create connection and hope.
I also feel especially proud of my clients when they begin to recognize their own inner strength, their resilience, and their ability to heal themselves. The ultimate goal is for each person to realize that they hold the power to guide their journey, their healing, and the direction of their lives.
For someone struggling to find meaning, peace, or direction, what is the first step you’d recommend they take with you?
The first step is to understand where someone truly is on their journey. What brought them to the session: emotional blocks, a spiritual search, or a desire for greater alignment? Each person is unique, and so is the approach I take with them.
We begin by cultivating awareness of thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns, creating a space where they can be seen and acknowledged without judgment. From there, we address any negative patterns or energetic blocks and explore practical steps that lead to small but meaningful wins.
This process is grounded in the belief that healing and growth are ongoing relationships with ourselves. Even the smallest conscious choices, such as pausing, noticing, or shifting a pattern, can create momentum toward greater wellbeing, clarity, and empowerment.
