About the author


Kandis Joubert began her career in healthcare as a Registered Health Information Administrator. She is now a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, specializing in corrective exercise and fitness nutrition. Her expertise extends to mobility and goniometric assessment, prehab and post-rehab fitness, movement optimization, mental and emotional health, lifestyle change, and body recomposition. Kandis is also a Certified Master Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence through the Institute of Leadership and Management. Outside of work, Kandis enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter’s sports events, volunteering at church and school, reading, catching a Saturday night chick flick, and staying active in the gym.
