Does mindfulness and positive psychology promote brain health? The short answer is yes and no. Let me explain. Controlling our thoughts and living an abundant life, no matter what storm we are going through or how dark it may seem, is the key to not just surviving the storm, but thriving. Life can strip you of material things, people you love, and shake you to your core. But as long as you focus on the love in your heart and not the worries of yesterday or fears of tomorrow, you will persevere. Not only will you persevere every time life knocks you down, but you will also become a pro and rise above stronger and wiser every single time.

A person with long hair meditates on a grassy hill overlooking a serene bay and mountains at sunset, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Never forget how you survived each trial in life or how far you’ve come. Remember how much of a warrior you were each and every time. None of us are going to escape the trials and tribulations on our life’s journey, so we might as well be grateful and enjoy the ride. Our mind believes what we tell it. Choose your thoughts wisely, as best you can.

Tell yourself everything is working out for your highest good, even if you don’t believe it! Everything is working out for all of us, sometimes it doesn’t happen the way we want it or in the time we want it, but it will always work out. Just as long as we don’t live in the negative thoughts that come about. We are energy, and if you are constantly living in negative thoughts, you will attract negativity into your life.

There is much more to using mindfulness and positive psychology, though. What are you feeding your body? Who are you surrounding yourself with? Also, understand that toxic heavy metals play a huge role in our mental health! Toxic heavy metals contribute largely to negative thinking, anxiety, depression, mood, behavior, and so much more.

What toxins are you around? Toxic heavy metals are in perfumes, colognes, hair products, makeup, air fresheners, scented candles, cookware, aluminum foil, laundry detergents, medications, soaps, cleaning products, tap water, pesticides, and more! We are up against a lot of toxins in this world, everywhere we turn. There is no better time than now to make a switch to non-toxic products!

If you’re working on training your mind using mindfulness and positive psychology and you’re still struggling greatly, then chances are you need to detox those heavy metals from your brain. Changing your lifestyle and what you eat can significantly help our mind.

The top two best tools for repairing the brain are drinking celery juice and the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie regularly.

Celery juice disarms toxic heavy metals, supports neurotransmitter chemicals, and aids neurons in the brain. If you’re looking for brain health, mineral salts are imperative for the brain. Celery juice is also amazing for the entire body, but for now, we are talking about brain health. If you’re suffering from mental health conditions, celery juice should be a priority.

The Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie is a rockstar at pulling out those toxic heavy metals from the brain and body. It also tastes good! You’ll be able to think clearer the more you make it a part of your regular routine. Both celery juice and the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie are fantastic for conditions such as anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, mania, aggressive behavior, dementia, and so much more!

When it comes to mindfulness and positive psychology, you’ll start seeing greater results with these practices once you make nutritional and lifestyle changes and add in the tools mentioned above.

Remember, the brain critically needs nutrients from clean carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables! Most of us are deficient in minerals, vitamins, mineral salts, and the biggest one of all, glucose! I’m talking about glucose from fruit! You do not need to be afraid of the sugar in fruit. Consuming fruit is imperative for anyone dealing with chronic illness or struggling with any mental health condition!

Now, let’s answer the question. “Does mindfulness and positive psychology promote brain health?” Mindfulness and positive psychology can absolutely aid in healing our mind and body! Working on our mindset and controlling our thoughts are imperative for healing. However, if you’re eating poorly, are exposed to toxins, and/or have a lot of toxic heavy metals in your brain, have racing negative thoughts, and are struggling to keep your thoughts positive, you absolutely will need to change your nutrition and overall lifestyle. Most importantly, you’ll need to detox your brain from toxic heavy metals. When working towards healing any health condition, you cannot just focus on your nutrition, you must also focus on your mind and vice versa.
