Erika suffered with debilitating health conditions such as: IBS, interstitial cystitis with severe chronic pain, chronic sinusitis, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and more. Erika began studying holistic, and natural approaches to healing. Erika began a journey of healing her mind, body, and soul utilizing: fruit, vegetables, wild foods, herbs, natural supplements, and techniques to strengthen the mind and heal the soul.
