Holistic Health and Behavioral Coach
Erika suffered with debilitating health conditions such as: IBS, interstitial cystitis with severe chronic pain, chronic sinusitis, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and more. She endured numerous conventional treatments, surgeries, and many years of taking medications that did not bring much relief and only served as a temporary band-aid. Erika began studying holistic, and natural approaches to healing.
