Do you ever feel like you are never enough, despite evidence of your efforts and achievements? Like you always run out of air? You're not alone. You are leading from your unbalanced masculine energy, that feeling of never doing enough, being enough, or not worthy enough of feeling ease and peace, and it hits a lot of us: CEOs, mothers, fathers, bosses, business owners, coaches, and big corporate leaders. But don't worry, there's hope. In this article, you will find seven practical tips to help you overcome stress and feel more relaxed, peaceful, and successful again. Whether you're doubting yourself at work, feeling overwhelmed or depleted, or feeling unsure in your personal life, these strategies will guide you to overcome hustling mode and embrace your true potential with your feminine energy.

Why lead from the feminine energy?
To lead from a wounded masculine energy is a common psychological phenomenon where individuals doubt being safe in their bodies, and if they slow down, they feel like their accomplishments will suffer if they do not work hard, despite evidence of their competence and success either way. People leading with unbalanced masculine energy often feel depleted and overworked and fear being exposed as lazy or not “doing enough,” despite external validation of their skills and achievements. This phenomenon can lead to feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, lack of control, and a persistent belief that they will never be enough or good enough, no matter how much they work or achieve. Being too much in our masculine energy can affect individuals across various domains of life, including work, school, and personal relationships, and it can have a significant impact on their mental well-being and confidence.
The feminine energy is here to change all of that. With feminine energy, you lead with calm and presence; you embrace changes like the flow of water, and you are not so resistant to whatever happens in your life. You are closer to your intuition, dancing with life and taking actions and decisions from a more healed place within you that feels whole and complete. You do not seek validation, as you validate yourself, and you never run out of time because you start leading from flow, which is time, and time will never run out. You just start being present in it and prioritize powerfully according to how you feel in that moment.
What causes unbalanced energy?
Unbalanced energy between the masculine and feminine can be caused by various factors, including upbringing, personality traits like perfectionism, societal pressure, competitive work environments, perceived lack of qualifications, and past experiences of failure or rejection. Unbalanced energy is complex, influenced by both inner and outer factors. Recognizing these causes can help people heal this energy and start balancing it to a point where we begin leading from intuition and an open heart, instead of stress and a hard, white-knuckled type of leadership.
The five types of feminine leadership archetypes
"The feminine archetype is not only a symbol of the divine; it is also a symbol of the human psyche, and its power comes from its embodiment of the full range of human experience.
When we connect with the feminine archetype, we connect with the vastness of our own being, and we tap into a wellspring of creativity, intuition, and wisdom that is available to us all." — The Women's Wheel of Life by Elizabeth Davis and Carol Leonard
There are 11 different feminine archetypes that we all embody, one or more within us and in our personality.
Here are six examples of them:
1. The mother
Nurturing and caring, unconditional love and acceptance, selflessness and sacrifice for others, emotional sensitivity and empathy, a desire to protect and provide for others, wisdom and guidance, strength and resilience, a deep connection to nature and the natural world, creation and birth (both literal and metaphorical), comfort and safety, the ability to heal and transform through love and nurturing.
2. The enchantress
Charismatic and magnetic, sensual and seductive, mysterious and alluring, confident and self-assured, creative and intuitive, empowering and transformative, independent and self-reliant, bold and daring, cunning and strategic, connected to the divine and spiritual realms.
3. The healer
Compassion and empathy, and a desire to alleviate suffering. A deep understanding of the human condition and a willingness to listen and provide support. They embody a strong sense of intuition and spiritual connection, a commitment to self-care and self-improvement, and a desire to facilitate healing and growth in others. A sense of connection to the natural world and its healing properties, a respect for the body-mind-spirit connection, and a willingness to explore alternative healing modalities.
4. The queen
A strong sense of sovereignty and personal power. The ability to make decisions and take action with confidence and authority. A deep sense of responsibility for the well-being of others, often expressed through a nurturing and protective nature. The ability to create and maintain systems of order and stability, often through clear communication and effective delegation. A regal presence, characterized by elegance, poise, and grace. A strong connection to intuition and inner wisdom, often used to guide decision-making and problem-solving. A commitment to justice and fairness, and a desire to create a society that supports and uplifts all members. The ability to balance personal desires with the needs of others and the greater good. A strong sense of self-worth and self-respect, leading to healthy boundaries and a resistance to manipulation or control by others. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and to lead with flexibility and resilience.
5. The warrioress
Strength and courage in the face of adversity. Physical and emotional resilience. Assertiveness and confidence in decision-making. A strong sense of justice and fairness. An unwavering dedication to a cause or purpose and the ability to take action and make things happen. They have a deep sense of inner discipline and focus, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to action. A willingness to confront and overcome fears and obstacles, and a strong sense of honor and integrity.
6. The creatrix
A deep sense of creativity and inspiration, and a desire to bring new ideas, concepts, or creations into the world. They have a willingness to take risks and explore the unknown. They possess a connection to the natural world and its cycles of growth and transformation. A sense of playfulness and experimentation, and a commitment to personal growth and evolution. They feel a deep appreciation for beauty and aesthetics, and a sense of purpose and meaning in the act of creating. They have a willingness to challenge convention and traditional expectations, and a deep sense of independence and self-reliance.
What happens when you embody and embrace your feminine energy more?
When you start to slow down, move inwards, and embrace your feminine energy more, you will more easily tune into your own frequency and start manifesting your dreams and desires in a more effortless way.
Because you will start to be more, instead of doing more. You trust more and feel more. You dare to stand in your truth instead of people-pleasing. You set healthy boundaries in relationships and get more grounded in your everyday decisions.
This groundbreaking idea of being more in your feminine energy to manifest easier isn’t new. It comes from the early days of Neville Goddard and many other masters who walked this earth, who spoke about this being-energy. To relax more, and trust more, because we are always connected to the universe and the flow of it. But in today’s society, we have lost that inner connection with ourselves and our intuition, which makes us suffer in vain, and we do not hear what our soul has to say to us.
12 tips on how to embody your feminine energy
1. Be present
To be fully present is to be aware of yourself and your environment in your now moment. It is to be aware of everything but also to detach from everything. To just be, and not see things in a negative or positive way. Just neutral, so you can then make powerful decisions. Here you can also be more resilient in tough situations and hectic environments.
2. Practice self-compassion
Be gentle with yourself and treat yourself with kindness, especially during times when you don’t feel enough or feel like you can’t take on any more work. Cultivating self-compassion can help you navigate challenges with greater resilience and understanding. When faced with feelings of inadequacy, remind yourself that it’s okay to make mistakes and that you are worthy of compassion and forgiveness. Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would offer to a friend or a child in a similar situation.
3. Be patient
To be patient is really a superpower, because in patience you signal to the universe that you have whatever it is you need in every situation. You show yourself and the universe that whatever is meant for you is for you and not against you. Great things can sometimes take a little time, and changes can take time too. But if we embody being more patient, things will slow down yet move so much faster in the unseen world. Things will be attracted to you in a more effortless way because you have faith and trust that what you want is already yours.
4. When triggers hit you, respond
If you can, try to stay calm and focused. In every situation, there is a blessing or a lesson to learn about ourselves and our inner knowing. When we embody our feminine energy more, we start responding to people, places, and things instead of letting our reactions take over and “handle” the situation.
Identify situations, thoughts, and feelings when being triggered. Once you recognize your triggers, you can work on reframing your thoughts and building resilience against them, so you can then take forward-moving action from a place of alignment, not from forceful fear or control.
5. Rewrite your negative stories
Start challenging your negative thinking and ask yourself how true it really is. Negative thought patterns can feel true because we have a story about ourselves and our life attached to an emotion or feeling. Something that happened to you once may have recurred again and again because you kept holding on to a story in your subconscious mind of unworthiness or not feeling loved when you were a child. But if you become aware of a negative story, you can start challenging it by asking, is this really true? Then, rewrite your negative thought patterns into positive ones and ease your way into abundant and prosperous thinking. Start being grateful for who you are, knowing that you are good enough and that you are born worthy. It is your birthright to be loved and happy with who you were meant to be. You don’t even have to try.
6. Embrace your inner child
Your inner child has already been through so much in its life and cannot always handle every situation. It can easily become overwhelmed or stressed by society’s control patterns, fears, or doubts. A sense of relief can occur when you start moving through life with your inner child by your side, instead of pushing it to do more or be more perfect.
Our inner child has learned from past stories that it may not be enough or good enough, so we’ve developed the pattern of pursuing goals for validation or becoming people-pleasers so others will like us and not be angry at us. Love this little one instead and start understanding it, rather than pushing it away.
7. Strengthen your intuition
Start listening more to yourself and to what feels like truth for you. To feel more of our intuition, we first need to trust ourselves and notice when we get a hint about something. So many of us have learned not to trust ourselves, and regaining that trust can take time, but be patient with yourself. Do not judge yourself, because you will not always make the best decisions, and that is okay.
When you start being more in your body, you will become more comfortable with the choices you make. You can start playing with the idea of feeling your intuition and testing it by making easy choices, like which road to take when parking, or where your cat might be hiding in the house. Simple tasks that do not create anxiety about making “the right choice” will help you build trust in what intuition feels like in your body.
8. Breathe more
When we breathe more, it brings us into the present moment of whatever we are doing, and it calms our nervous system, which can help us act in a more calm and easy way, rather than from effort and survival mode. Breathing techniques can help you out of anxiety and panic attacks, but they can also simply help you relax and just be in that “ahhh” feeling with life.
It is the most common way of grounding ourselves in the present moment when we are under stress. Many people say they don’t even feel like they have enough time to take a breath, and that, my friend, is a cue to stop and do just that. Take a breath.
9. Be in nature
To embody more of our feminine energy and feel calmness, it’s a great idea to embrace nature’s healing magic. Nature is safe, nurturing, calming, and gives us a sense of returning to our roots. It draws our energy back to earth and offers silence away from the noise of phones, work, ideas, and opinions. It calms our nervous system from the negative energies and clutter that keep our brains from hearing our soul’s inner voice.
When you quietly enter nature, you may also receive great ideas you’ve been asking for or find the answers you needed during times of urgency or confusion.
10. Make time for self-care
Self-care is not always easy when you have kids and jobs, but nurturing your inner child with fun, baths, easy weekends, a little candy, or blowing bubbles can really lift your spirit during times of hard work and overwhelming to-do lists.
Self-care isn’t just about nice baths and spas; it can also be about being kind to yourself, using kind words, or giving yourself rest with a good book, even for just 30 minutes. Self-care doesn’t have to be hard. We all have 24 hours a day, take something out of your day that isn’t that important and give yourself time for something really fun that you love or that gives you relaxation.
