Dr. Victoria A. Elasic is the founder of Oak & River, a coaching practice dedicated to supporting high-capacity women navigating demanding leadership roles, complex family systems, and competitive educational environments.

Her work focuses on whole-system recalibration. Rather than encouraging women to abandon responsibility or simply “push harder,” Victoria helps clients examine the hidden structures shaping their daily lives. Through reflective coaching conversations, clients explore how they carry leadership, parenting, partnership, and decision-making across multiple environments. As these systems become clearer and more intentional, many experience greater steadiness, reduced friction at home and work, and a renewed sense of margin.

Victoria’s perspective is informed by her background in Montessori education and her commitment to principles aligned with the International Coaching Federation and the American Montessori Society. She is particularly interested in how prepared environments, leadership expectations, and educational systems shape the experience of modern families.

Through Oak & River, Victoria works privately with a limited number of clients and offers occasional small-group intensives designed for thoughtful, high-capacity women seeking greater clarity in how they lead and live.
