With more than a decade of experience spanning retail, corporate staffing, legal, and restaurant environments, I became increasingly interested in a simple question: why do some leaders create thriving cultures while others unintentionally create dysfunction? I explore that question in thorough discussions of leadership, communication, culture, and human connection. As the founder of True Voice Consulting, I'm passionate about helping individuals and organizations lead people in increasingly complex environments.
 
I bring a uniquely practical perspective to conversations about leadership and development. Rather than developing ideas solely from theory, my work is shaped by years spent navigating fast-paced workplaces, difficult conversations, competing priorities, organizational change, and the everyday realities of leading people through uncertainty.

My leadership philosophy centers on a simple belief: leadership problems are often communication problems first, and I believe healthier cultures create stronger results. In addition to leadership consulting, the business also provides ghostwriting services along with fiction and memoir editing, helping clients communicate their ideas, stories, and expertise with greater clarity and authenticity.
