Sarah Pearce is a nationally respected full-spectrum doula, pediatric nurse, educator, placenta specialist, emerging midwife, and mom of four known for her leadership in modern birth and postpartum care. As the founder and owner of Trinity Doula Services, she has built one of the largest and busiest doula agencies in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois region, providing comprehensive support for families through fertility, pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.

With over a decade of professional experience, Sarah has supported families in hospitals, birth centers, and home birth environments while developing a reputation for calm leadership, advanced birth knowledge, and fiercely compassionate advocacy. Her background as a licensed practical nurse in pediatrics gives her a unique clinical foundation that complements her holistic, family-centered approach to care. She is also trained in placenta encapsulation and newborn support and is currently continuing her education to become a Certified Professional Midwife.

Sarah’s expertise spans physiologic birth, VBAC support, induction navigation, postpartum recovery, lactation support, newborn care, birth trauma prevention, and client education. She is widely recognized for blending evidence-based practice with intuitive support, helping clients feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout every stage of the parenting journey.
