Rita is an internationally accredited Master Trainer and Coach whose career is deeply rooted in education. She previously held senior leadership roles in operations, student engagement, and program development, where she led initiatives focused on tailored, transformative learning experiences.

A lifelong passion for teaching and a dedication to human potential led Rita to pursue specialized training in emotional intelligence. Today, she integrates science-based modalities with advanced psychometric tools—including the Hogan Assessments, Six Seconds EQ Assessments, and TypeCoach Personality Assessments—to deliver evidence-based coaching and leadership development. This powerful combination of skills and professional know-how yields compelling and measurable outcomes for her diverse clients within the private, government, and nonprofit sectors.

Her strategic approach and proven ability to design programs, delivered in person or virtually, advance the narrative on issues prevalent in the workplace today. Working closely with executives and emerging leaders on personal and professional growth mastery is another area of her business.
