Rasha AlShaar

Mind-Body Coach, PCC

Rasha AlShaar is a change-maker by nature and a coach by trade—she envisions a world where we collectively have the knowledge, awareness, and support we need to evolve past conditioning, reconnect with our truest essence, and consciously lead our lives with more authenticity and aliveness.

As a Mind-Body Coach, Rasha creates and holds a safe space to guide people through inner obstacles and toward meaningful goals using insightful dialogue, embodied experiences, and tangible action steps. At the heart of her work, she helps clients reprogram limiting patterns in the mind, access the wisdom in their bodies, and return to their inherent worth—so they can lead more fierce, fulfilling, and fun lives.

With over 700 hours of coaching and facilitation, Rasha has cultivated a unique and ever-evolving integrative approach. Her work is shaped by early life experiences, a decade of personal healing, and rigorous training that led to her accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her studies include Co-Active Coaching (CPCC), Integrative Nutrition (INHC), Foundations of Feminine Embodiment (FFEC), Somatic Parts Work (IFS-informed), MindHacking Practices (L1), and ongoing studies in somatic conscious movement and energetics. Her background in Visual Communication and 7+ years in Marketing inform the creativity, precision, and professionalism she brings to every space she leads.

Whether through private coaching, women’s circles, group workshops, custom retreats, or keynote talks, all of Rasha’s offerings reflect her signature blend of depth, warmth, and realness.

Her mission is simple but powerful: to help people live more fierce, fulfilling, and fun lives by reconnecting with who they truly are—from the inside out.
