Radost Rasheva is the founder of Root and Rise Therapy, a holistic healing practice grounded in one powerful truth: when we reclaim the belief “I am enough,” lasting transformation becomes possible. She works with women, men and families worldwide, helping them release patterns such as low self-esteem, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, anxiety, burnout, sleep issues and chronic stress.

Radost’s work is rooted in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), an integrative approach combining hypnotherapy, cognitive reframing and inner child healing. Rather than treating symptoms as personal failures, she helps clients uncover and release subconscious survival beliefs formed in early life, restoring self-trust, emotional balance and authentic confidence.

Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and based in London with retreat offerings in Sicily, Radost brings over two decades of leadership and teaching experience into her practice. Her own life-changing RTT® experience led her to train under world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist and RTT® Practitioner.

Radost’s sessions are known for their depth, gentleness and precision. Clients report calmer nervous systems, healthier boundaries, improved sleep, renewed confidence and more fulfilling relationships. Alongside RTT®, she weaves sound healing, breathwork and the “I am enough” philosophy into her work, creating spaces where clients feel safe, supported and deeply understood.

Through 1:1 online sessions, group programs and immersive retreats, Root and Rise Therapy supports people ready to release survival patterns and rise into lives led by presence, purpose and embodied self-worth.
