Polly Angel is a Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner, IFS and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, and the founder of The Angel Path – and the creator of Meet Your Inner Team, a movement changing the way adults understand themselves and children find themselves before they lose their way.

Her journey into transformational healing began at eighteen, when a doctor prescribed antidepressants for her low moods and, after weeks with no effect, simply wanted to increase the dosage. Something in Polly knew this approach was fundamentally wrong – treating symptoms without ever asking why. This pivotal moment led her to seek alternative healing through hypnotherapy, CBT and NLP, beginning a lifelong journey of understanding how the mind truly works.

For years Polly appeared successful and together on the outside whilst privately struggling with chronic people-pleasing patterns, exhaustion from constantly prioritising others, and debilitating migraines that conventional medicine couldn't resolve. After experiencing the transformative power of Rapid Transformational Therapy and Internal Family Systems work, she discovered that her limiting beliefs – formed in childhood as survival strategies – were still running her adult life.

That discovery became her mission.

Not just to help women break free from inherited patterns – but to stop the next generation from developing them in the first place. Because there is nothing wrong with any of us. We are simply out of balance. And the moment we understand that – truly understand it – everything shifts.

Through The Angel Path, Polly works with women combining RTT's ability to access and reframe subconscious programming, IFS principles that help clients understand their emotions as protective parts rather than problems to fix, and somatic practices that help the nervous system learn new patterns of safety. Transformation in 1-3 sessions – not years.

Recognising that most limiting beliefs form between ages 0 and 8, Polly created Meet Your Inner Team – a picture book for children aged 5-10 and a card deck for ages 12 and above – introducing eight characters that live inside all of us and teaching families that every part of them has a purpose. Nothing inside them is bad. Nothing is wrong.

Polly also delivers emotional intelligence programmes for young people aged 12-24 through The King's Trust, and founded The Superpower Academy – delivering interactive workshops in schools and youth organisations teaching young people that their emotions are not problems to erase but wisdom to understand.

Meet Your Inner Team is already reaching internationally – with a partnership established with The Empathy Collective in the USA. A second product – The Feelings Deck, a 40-card feelings deck for children aged 5-10 – is currently in development, launching at Transform Trauma Oxford in Autumn 2026.
