Workplace Leadership Coach

If you’ve ever felt like a fish out of water in a leadership position, you're not alone. Meet Nancy, Author, Entrepreneur, Wife, Mom, and Communications, Literature, and Sociology graduate.

Nancy’s leadership journey began a little over 15 years ago through a game of DARE, which catapulted her into a senior position without the mental or emotional tools to anchor herself to, and she ‘paid for it’. A lover of storytelling, she cherished the perfect blend of serving as cabin crew, while connecting at a deeply personal level with her colleagues and passengers until the script changed. Here was a role that came with a different set of rules and responsibilities. The call to leadership was a call to have more answers than questions, to have fewer to no excuses, to embrace thinking on your feet. She had to get used to wearing different hats, on Demand! She was quickly learning that every new level requires the shading of old skin to experience growth. After spending sleepless nights wondering why the warmth at work had disappeared, she decided to study people she believed had succeeded at leadership: Jim Rohn, John C. Maxwell, Brian Tracy, Robin Sharma, Simon Sinek, Nelson Mandela, Brene Brown, and the air started flowing into her leadership lungs. To her, no woman should go through the anxiety and uncertainties she experienced if she can do something about it. She's met the Impostor Syndrome through self-doubt, experienced heightened stress that almost crippled her. She has since founded the Workplace Leadership Accelerator, an online program with a framework that integrates Professional and Personal alignment. Here she helps Ambitious women in or aspiring to take up leadership roles, magnetize the right opportunities and seamlessly handle success, without depleting their Mental and Emotional resources. She has equally authored books where she preaches authentic leadership and its impact on your bottom line.

Whether you're preparing for your next interview, settling into a managerial role, or eyeing the boardroom, she'll help accelerate your journey.

She shares hard-won lessons, expert strategies, and mindset shifts that will help you flourish. Your Purpose is your Compass, once it's clear, your path will follow.
