Margo Monique Thompson

Relationship and Personal Growth Strategist

Margo Thompson is the CEO of Complete Care & Wellness Counselling Clinic (CCWC), a Social Work professional, post-secondary Educator, personal development Counsellor, and author of her highly anticipated book, The Psychology of a Broken Heart. With over 18 years of experience in Child Welfare, Education, and Wellness, she’s known for her compassionate, faith-rooted approach to trauma recovery, emotional well-being, and relationships.

Her insight is informed not only by professional training, but by a personal journey of growth—shaped by early life adversity, nearly two decades of marriage, and the ongoing experience of parenting five children with love, purpose and intention. Margo blends lived experience with formal education in Social Work, Psychology, emotional intelligence, and holistic care to offer practical, grounded guidance that meets people exactly where they are. She’s especially passionate about helping others navigate pain and inner conflict with clarity, and about breaking the silence around emotional wounds that often go unseen.

At CCWC, Margo leads a multidisciplinary team offering counselling, nutrition and wellness services, and relational support. Through a coordinated model of holistic care, they provide integrated, person-centered support for individuals, couples, families, and community groups. Margo is driven by a deep commitment to creating safe, accessible spaces for healing—ensuring that no one has to face life’s most difficult moments alone.

With her upcoming book, The Psychology of a Broken Heart, Margo draws from her own healing journey to give voice to the emotional wounds that often go unspoken—challenging stigma, tracing trauma to its roots, and guiding readers toward faith-based healing and lasting transformation. Widely recognized for translating emotional complexity into everyday language, she continues to break the silence around trauma and mental health in both personal and professional spaces.
