Lidija Poth is an Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine and the founder of MyLifeCoachingHub, where she empowers individuals - men and women, and high-achieving professionals - to embrace authentic leadership, heal from gaslighting, and cultivate lives of freedom and joy.
 
With more than 20 years in architecture and spatial development, Lidija designed innovative urban solutions and served as a board member in NGO's focused on participation and spatial planning. She also taught and mentored master's level students at TUDelft, nurturing young, highly intelligent minds and fostering creative problem-solving. After her divorce in 2021, she pursued advanced coaching education, earning an OTHM Level 7 diploma in coaching and leadership, and becoming accredited by the Association for Coaching (UK).
 
This pivotal transition - from reshaping physical spaces to transforming inner worlds - fuels her passion for human potential. Lidija specializes in executive coaching, personal growth, authentic leadership, relationship healing, and supportingthose who navigate life after toxic experiences. Her holistic, co-creative method emphasises trust, love, and deep connection, helping clients slow down to speed up, recognise their untapped potential, and realign with their true selves, and break free from limitations.
 
She offers personalized 1:1 coaching, group sessions, online programs, and transformative retreats in serene locations like Bali and Croatia - blending coaching with yoga, reiki, reflexology, and other mindful practices to create sacred spaces for healing, evolution, and self-discovery.
