Ebony McNeil is a purpose-driven leader and 14-year husband and father of four boys, grounded in both family and service. Holding a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, he brings a blend of academic knowledge and lived experience into every space he leads. With over 20 years of leadership spanning the financial sector, fulfillment center operations, and the field of therapy, his perspective is both diverse and deeply practical. He is committed to advancing men’s mental health, creating environments where men can confront challenges, grow, and build emotional resilience. As the driving force behind The Forge, he has established a platform centered on identity formation, brotherhood, and accountability. His work focuses on helping men and young men define who they are, lead their families well, and live with intentional purpose. Through his leadership, he continues to challenge outdated narratives and inspire men to embrace strength that includes discipline, vulnerability, and integrity.
