Armed with a love for science and a College Diploma, in 1984, Cindy Benning embarked on a 30-plus-year career in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She went from sitting at a lab bench testing vitamins to directing the manufacturing and quality operations of 7 manufacturing sites worldwide. While building this career, she successfully completed a bachelor's Degree in Science, a Master's Degree in Business and a Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching. Cindy is also the mother of two daughters whom she raised while navigating various tumultuous personal relationships. It is with this incredible passion for learning, for achieving success and for instilling in her girls the value of being independent yet vulnerable and authentic that she cultivated a deep curiosity about human behaviours. Even with her expertise in operational excellence, managing processes, and structure, Cindy knew that organizational behaviours are critical to success. She took the time to look introspectively, to read and to learn, that we are the product of our thoughts and beliefs. From this learning, she began to look at organizational and leadership behaviours, developing skills that she now shares with audiences and organizations through writing, speaking engagements, workshops, and coaching. When Cindy is not busy helping organizations become BRAVE®, she spends time on her hobby farm, appreciating the peacefulness of nature.
