Carlos Wallace is a bestselling author, award-winning filmmaker, motivational speaker, investor, and the President and CEO of Sol-Caritas LLC, a Houston-based production company committed to promoting socially conscious entertainment. A U.S. Navy veteran who served during Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Wallace brings a disciplined, purpose-driven approach to every endeavor. His early career as a locomotive engineer and union leader sharpened his skills in labor relations, contract negotiation, and advocacy—experiences that continue to influence his work as a speaker and community leader.

Wallace is the author of several acclaimed books, including Life Is Not Complicated – YOU ARE, The Other 99 T.Y.M.E.S., and Why Sell Lies When the Truth Is Free. His writing has been integrated into college curricula and is widely recognized for its raw honesty and emotional resonance. As a filmmaker, Wallace has produced impactful projects such as Poetic Energy Needed in Society (P.E.N.S.) and A House Without a Father, blending art with activism to tell stories that resonate deeply with underserved and overlooked audiences.

Carlos Wallace is also a proud Co-Founder of VR-Eval, an innovative virtual reality program designed to help victims of human trafficking and trauma. Alongside Dr. Brook Parker-Bello and Chance Glasco, co-creator of Call of Duty, he uses cutting-edge technology to address trauma in effective and transformative ways. VR-Eval has been featured in leading publications and was selected for the prestigious Techstars accelerator program.

As Co-Founder of Wallace Legacy Investments, Wallace collaborates with a team of entrepreneurs and Navy veterans to foster generational wealth through strategic investments and community empowerment. He currently splits his time between Houston and Queens, New York with his wife, journalist and author Liz Faublas-Wallace.
