Bernadette Hall is a qualified coach, therapist, and social worker with over 15 years of experience in grief, loss, intimacy, parenting, and mental health. Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work alongside advanced degree training in therapeutic coaching and integrative Counselling, Bernadette brings a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed, and soul-rooted approach to emotional healing.
 
She is the founder of Grief Warriors, a sacred space devoted to helping people navigate the depths of loss and reconnect with their inner strength. Her work blends psychology, somatic awareness, and ritual to create powerful containers for transformation. Specialising in grief work, Bernadette supports clients in exploring how grief reshapes identity, relationships, and the nervous system—and how it can ultimately open the door to profound healing and personal rebirth.
 
Her signature 1:1 program, Grieve with the Goddess, is a six-month sacred mentorship for those ready to move through grief with depth, reverence, and feminine power. Designed to honour the emotional, spiritual, and physical dimensions of loss, it offers ritual, embodiment, and therapeutic support to guide clients from heartbreak to wholeness.
 
Bernadette is also the host of Bernadette Hall Talks Youtube Channel, where she shares soulful conversations and reflections on emotional resilience, grief alchemy, nervous system wisdom, motherhood, and the sacred feminine. The Channel started out of more of a Vlog but over time changed to focus on her passion og grief and loss. Her voice is both grounding and expansive, inviting listeners into deeper connection with themselves and their healing path.
