Amy Noyes

Autistic and ADHD Coach and Advocate

Hi, I’m Amy Noyes. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been pattern-matching relational dynamics, studying how people interact to make sense of the relationships around me. As a child, I practiced this by observing television characters; today, I apply it to real-life connections. I’ve been described as a “double empathy” translator and as someone who can turn personal experiences into universal insights that help others understand themselves more deeply. Only later did I realize how directly this connects to being both Autistic and ADHD. My neurodivergence is at the heart of my perspective.

Professionally, this has evolved into a deep, enduring commitment to understanding all aspects of neurodivergence. I hold Master's degrees in Transpersonal Psychology and Autism Studies, complementing my background in Social Work, and have built my career around supporting neurodivergent individuals.

I meet clients exactly where they are, bringing presence, intention, and a deep respect for their process. Through active listening, reflection, and collaborative exploration, I help people uncover and embrace their authentic ways of being.

It is the honor of my life to walk alongside neurodivergent people, whether they’re just beginning to explore their identity or are seeking clarity around access needs. My work is rooted in the belief that understanding oneself is a powerful form of liberation, and I am here for every step of that journey.
