ND Friendly Life was created with a clear mission: to provide safety and connection for late-identifying Neurodivergent people, supporting them in accepting, appreciating, and delighting in exactly who they are while building lives that genuinely sustain and support them.

Services offered

ND Friendly Life offers neuro-affirming coaching and consultation through:

  • Individual coaching

  • Couples coaching

  • Family coaching

  • Supported Self-Assessment

  • Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

  • Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP)

Coaching at ND Friendly Life provides understanding, validation, and practical support to help clients recover from burnout, reduce masking, and build lives that work with their brains rather than against them. The practice emphasizes compassion, nervous system awareness, and the belief that Neurodivergent ways of being are not deficits to be fixed, but differences to be understood and supported. The Supported Self-Assessment process offers gentle, collaborative guidance for late-identifying adults exploring their Neurodivergent identity. This process helps individuals develop a clearer, more accurate understanding of themselves in a way that is respectful, affirming, and free from pathologizing narratives. ND Friendly Life also provides SSP and RRP, listening-based nervous system programs designed to support regulation and resilience through sound, co-regulation, and Somatic Experiencing-informed principles.

Neuro-affirming support

Many late-identified Neurodivergent adults have spent years attempting to adapt to systems and environments that were never designed for them. Early experiences of being misunderstood often lead to chronic self-monitoring and cycles of self-improvement efforts that can result in exhaustion, stress, shame, and burnout. ND Friendly Life is grounded in a different perspective: there was never anything inherently wrong with these individuals. Rather, much of their struggle reflects the impact of living within environments, expectations, and systems that failed to recognize or support their needs. Neurodivergent people benefit from spaces where they can unmask, reconnect with themselves, and experience the safety of being accepted as they are. ND Friendly Life exists to provide that space.
