Graham Morgan is a serial innovator and transformative figure in the realms of football, education, and performance. With a career spanning over five decades, Graham has consistently challenged convention and inspired progress through groundbreaking sports marketing at both grassroots and global levels. His journey began in 1970 as an England Schoolboys U18 international, where a promising football career was unexpectedly halted due to a misdiagnosed injury. Undeterred, Graham pivoted toward a new path in sport and education, joining Borough Road College under the mentorship of the legendary Charles Lipton. From 1974, Graham dedicated nine years to teaching physical education in Norwich schools, during which he earned his FA Full Badge and became the youngest ever FA Staff Coach at the age of 24. By 27, he was appointed coach of the England Schools U18 team (ESFA), further cementing his status as a rising force in coaching. Graham later founded the Association of Football Coaches and Teachers (AFCAT), which in effect was regarded as the English Football Coaches Association. Graham’s pioneering spirit came to the fore during his tenure in Bradford, where he served as the UK’s first Football Development Officer. His commitment to community sport was recognised in 1989 when England Manager Sir Bobby Robson presented him with an FA award for excellence in grassroots football. In 1989 Graham joined adidas, where he spent a decade crafting visionary grassroots programmes. Notably, he helped launch the now-iconic Predator boot through innovative campaigns that included signing a then-unknown David Beckham and The Schools Football initiative which raised over £1million for schools. As adidas’ Head of Global Grassroots Football, he expanded these programmes to 68 countries and introduced grassroots football to a global stage at the 1998 FIFA World Cup in Paris. The adidas Football Parc attracted 1.3 million visitors—an unprecedented achievement that earned Graham a prestigious adidas Golden Shoe for his contributions to promoting the Predator.. In 2007, Graham turned his focus to health and social change, founding Evolve: Social Impact Company, with John Bishop. This multi-award-winning social enterprise is dedicated to mentoring disadvantaged children and improving their performance in schools. - Nadine Bell, Equine Assisted Professional Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Nadine Bell is the CEO of Nadine Bell Coaching with Horses and Horses for Humanity, and a recognized leader in equine-assisted coaching, experiential learning, and human development. She holds certifications as an equestrian instructor, equine therapist, tattoo-awareness qualifier, equine-assisted growth coach, and accreditations through NARHA, NAAEPAD, EGALA, and the Brigitte Champetier constellation methodology. Her connection to horses began in childhood under the guidance of her grandfather, Alec Bell, a polo player who taught her the foundations of horsemanship, intuitive communication, and respectful handling. This influence led her to introduce one of the first therapeutic riding and equine coaching programs in Argentina. In 2019, she founded the Horses Equine Therapy Center, marking the formal beginning of her equine-assisted therapeutic work. With a strong commitment to social impact, she created the Mobile Equine Therapy initiative, providing services to more than 100 disabled women at the Cotolengo de Don Orione and demonstrating the emotional, sensory, and relational benefits of horse–human interaction. As her professional path evolved, Nadine transitioned from a therapeutic framework into equine-assisted coaching for companies, executives, and professional teams. She expanded her methodology into leadership development, communication effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and conscious decision-making. At the same time, she continues to work with individuals, couples, and families, facilitating processes of personal growth, self-awareness, and relational transformation, where the horse serves as an authentic mirror of internal states and behavioral patterns. Driven by her dedication to vulnerable and marginalized communities, she has collaborated with NGOs and social organizations, generating measurable improvements in emotional wellbeing. Building on this mission, she founded Horses for Humanity, an organization committed to emotional, mental, and social health through inclusive equine coaching experiences. Nadine currently delivers programs in Argentina, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic, expanding the reach and impact of equine-assisted transformation. - Blessing Makanjuola, Women’s Mental Health Thought Leader, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Blessing Makanjuola is a thought leader, mental health advocate and feminist storyteller whose work centres the emotional lives of women, especially around childbirth and motherhood. A Mass Communication graduate with additional advocacy training from the London School of Business and Research, she uses words, research and lived experience to make difficult subjects both human and impossible to ignore. After a traumatic first birth, where her pain and consent were dismissed, and a second pregnancy that led to undiagnosed postnatal depression, Blessing turned her private suffering into public purpose. She began speaking and writing about maternal mental health, obstetric violence, digital shaming, child marriage and generational trauma, insisting that women deserve kindness, autonomy and informed choices in every space that concerns their bodies and minds. Her voice and story have been featured in leading Nigerian media, including The Guardian, Vanguard, ThisDay and The Nation, where she continues to spotlight the “silent storms” many women endure after childbirth and the cultural expectations that keep them quiet. Through her growing personal brand across Instagram, YouTube and writing platforms, Blessing weaves Yoruba history, feminist thought and gentle humour into conversations that help women name their pain, unlearn shame and sustainable self-care. A wife and mother of two, and the first of five siblings, she is committed to building healing spaces, online and offline, where women and girls are seen, believed and supported to live fully, not just survive. Roje Khalique is a distinguished visionary in mental health, with nearly two decades of experience providing psychological support to thousands of men and women. Her clinical career includes supporting clients with learning disabilities, long-term health conditions, neurological and psychological disorders. With over 15 years of experience delivering one-to-one psychological support, Roje has revolutionised access to mental health services for high-functioning professionals who often hesitate to seek mainstream support. Roje's background as a former London city professional give her a unique appreciation of the exhilaration and pressures inherent in these demanding environments. As a BABCP Accredited CBT psychotherapist, Roje employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines for anxiety conditions and various psychological disorders. During the Covid-19 lockdown, Roje's expertise proved invaluable as she helped staff in city law firms and financial institutions manage stress, anxiety, burnout and isolation in unprecedented circumstances. Her approach ensures that even in London's most demanding corporate environments, mental health and personal growth remain priorities.
