Luis Vicente García is a business performance coach, international speaker, best-selling author, and founder and CEO of Incrementum Academy, a professional development platform dedicated to leadership, mindset, and business transformation. With over 35 years of experience—first as a CFO, then as a CEO in multinational corporations, and later as a coach and trainer—Luis brings a unique blend of strategic insight and motivational energy to his work.
 
A graduate of Georgetown University in Economics and Computer Science, Luis holds an MBA in Finance and Management (American University), an MS in Organizational Leadership (Michigan State), a Graduate Certificate in Leadership & Management (Notre Dame Univ.). Luis also holds certifications in Business Performance Coaching, Strategic Leadership, and Positive Psychology (Universidad Metropolitana). He has trained with globally respected mentors such as Brian Tracy, Michael E. Gerber and Jack Canfield, becoming a certified Success Principles Trainer, Business Coach, Corporate Trainer and Strategic Leadership Coach.
 
Luis is the creator of MOTITUD, a personal development philosophy that fuses motivation and positive attitude to help individuals unlock their highest potential. His work focuses on leadership development, emotional intelligence, strategic innovation, and performance improvement. He is the author or co-author of more than 17 international best-selling books, and has spoken in cities across the Americas and Europe.
