  • LaTricia Morris, Branding Agent, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

LaTricia Morris, known as The Brand Revivalist, is the founder of Ox & Iron, a full-service branding agency that helps legacy-minded entrepreneurs create brands that resonate deeply with their audience. LaTricia believes that branding isn’t just about how a business appears—it’s about how it appeals to the market. It’s not just about logos and identifiers; it’s about defining a company’s true identity, purpose, and the lasting impact it has on those it serves.   LaTricia’s path to branding started in 2013, when she began designing her own children's books. Unable to outsource the design work at the time, she embraced the mindset that “everything is figureoutable.” She taught herself graphic design, book design, and web design using Adobe Creative Suite. What began as a necessity quickly turned into a passion in leveraging these tools to equip and empower others to be the most powerful versions of themselves.   As her skills continued to evolve, others took notice, with organizations across the country commissioning her to take on their projects as well.   As Ox & Iron grew, LaTricia has led her small but dedicated team in helping businesses amplify their brands through purposeful design and strategic messaging. With a vision to expand globally, LaTricia is focused on scaling the agency to serve clients around the world, building brands that stand out, connect deeply, and make a lasting impact.   LaTricia's expertise continues to expand, having studied under some of the top minds in branding, business and marketing along with ongoing education as she ever looks to have more to offer to the amazing clients she works with. Her broad knowledge—gained through formal education and hands-on experience—drives the success of her company. Guided by boldness, innovation, and tenacity, LaTricia continues to help entrepreneurs build brands that endure, pushing boundaries and inspiring others to do the same. • Wendy Ann Marquenie, Inner Genius Global/Author and Creator, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

From a childhood filled with laughter, the aroma of fresh cakes and biscuits, and family holidays at the beach, I grew up in a supportive and encouraging environment. My parents were always my biggest cheerleaders, fostering a sense of confidence in me that has lasted a lifetime. As I grew, I began to reflect on my experiences and wonder about the “what-ifs” of life. Those reflections unveiled new opportunities and revealed my power to shape my future at any given moment. Life has been an incredible journey — one that has seen me evolve from a daughter and sister to a mother, wife, career professional, author, and business owner. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep desire to leave a lasting legacy — something meaningful for generations to come. Dance has always been my passion. From the age of six, I immersed myself in the world of movement and performance. My dedication earned me a scholarship at just nine years old in both tap and ballet. Later, I turned this love for dance into a career, becoming a Latin and ballroom dance instructor and adjudicator. I taught students of all ages, from six to eighty, and found immense joy in helping them discover their rhythm and confidence. However, life often has a way of redirecting our paths, and in 2016, illness led me to a book that would change everything. You Were Born Rich by Bob Proctor challenged me to rethink my life and ask powerful questions: “What is life really about?” and “Who am I?” These questions sparked a personal journey of learning, growth, and self-discovery. I dove into Bob’s teachings and attended seminars, eager to understand more about myself and the world around me. That journey led to the creation of my first two books, How to Change Your Life in Six Days and Big Girl’s Pants. These books reflected the principles I was learning and explored the idea of awakening the inner genius to create a successful life. However, the most fulfilling part of this journey came when I saw children light up with joy after mastering a new concept. This inspired me to write The Genius Books — a series designed to empower children to understand their thoughts, nurture their imagination, and build the self-belief and confidence necessary to create their own happiness. The Genius Books introduced characters that sparked curiosity and a love for learning, teaching children (and even “adult children”) how to develop a mindset that opens doors to endless possibilities. These books have become my legacy — offering children the tools to think, dream, achieve, and succeed. Mindset is the key to everything we do in life, and we are never too young — or too old — to tap into our inner genius. Life is an incredible journey, and one decision can change your destiny, as it did for me. Make your best decision, and you’ll find a life you can truly experience, believe in, do, and love. • Dr. Ardeshir Mehran, High-Achievers Depression & Anxiety Disruptor, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Dr. Ardeshir Mehran is disrupting the mental health field, delivering more effective practices to heal depression, and to ease the emotional suffering of people across the world.   Everyone else portrays depression as an immovable cause, a mood disorder that must be treated. Dr. Mehran busts this myth and focuses attention on the real culprit: the unfulfilled life we must lead when we deny our birthright. He is a psychologist, trauma therapist, behavioral researcher, transformational leader, and leadership coach. He has a Ph.D. and M.Ed. from Columbia University, New York City, in Counseling, Organizational, and Research Psychology. He has advanced training in psychoanalysis, group therapy, and team dynamics.   Across multiple industries, Dr. Mehran helped global leaders, star performers, entrepreneurs, operational teams, and founders achieve stronger results by stepping fully into their roles as leaders. Clients see   Ardeshir as a personal role model and performance motivator who challenges them and propels their growth through his no-nonsense, keen observations, and direct influencing skills.   He has served in leadership roles at Genentech/Roche, Dolby Laboratories, Kaiser Permanente, and was a partner with Mercer-Delta Consulting.   The subject of emotional wellness is a reality and priority for Dr. Mehran. Throughout his life, he struggled with depression and anxiety, all the while he was in leadership roles. He was seen as a role model, a star performer, and the life of the party. Yet, privately, he felt helpless and lonely and grew disillusioned with the clinical psychology field—a healer who could not heal himself.   Gradually, Dr. Mehran changed his focus from “how” to heal his depression to “what” is depression, and “why” healing depression is so hard, drawn out, and costly. As he changed how he perceived things, what he perceived also changed.   This discovery process evolved over thirty years, resulting in the development of The Bill of Emotional Rights as the cure for depression. By applying this newfound knowledge, Dr. Mehran healed his own, as well as his many clients’ depression. Now, he is bringing this knowledge to the world.   Dr. Mehran Method helps clients achieve stronger, faster, and longer-lasting outcomes in five-session engagement plans. Clients work with Dr. Mehran for better results, more fulfillment, better relationships, and living with reduced depression, anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, ADHD, physical pain, and emotional struggles.   He is currently writing his next book, “Break It!” on the science and healing practices for generational trauma. He lives in The Bay Area, Northern California, with his wife, son, and Lucy (family golden retriever).   Dr. Mehran’s passion includes running (marathons), hiking, swimming (open water and pool), biking, reading, wandering in nature, photography, poetry, and music.
