Justin Edgar

Coach

Justin Edgar is a life and breathwork coach, speaker, and creator of The Art of Creative Flow, a transformational program designed to help individuals, leaders, and teams move beyond burnout, emotional disconnection, and creative stagnation. His work guides clients back into clarity, vitality, and a deep sense of purpose through the integration of mindful somatic practice, breathwork, and creative reconnection.

Justin’s approach is grounded in decades of experience across entrepreneurship, financial markets, education, and holistic wellbeing. He spent over 15 years in global finance before co-founding and leading several purpose-driven ventures, including a Montessori preschool, a conscious bookstore and learning space, and Genki Vitality, a wellness studio offering evidence-based, traditional healing modalities including breathwork, sauna, light and cold therapy to support nervous system regulation and whole-person vitality

Through Creative Purpose and The Art of Creative Flow, Justin now supports clients navigating high-pressure careers, leadership transitions, and life crossroads. His method draws from neuroscience, mindfulness, and ancient wisdom traditions, helping people move through resistance, reconnect to their inner intelligence, and take aligned, courageous action in both life and business.

With a calm yet incisive presence, Justin brings deep empathy and practical insight to each coaching relationship, empowering his clients to step into more authentic, creative, and resilient versions of themselves.
