  • Lama Abou Daher, Life Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Lama Abou Daher is an accredited Life Coach, certified DISC practitioner, and founder of the Duality Framework - a coaching model focused on expanding capacity and restoring access to underused personal traits, in order to achieve success. She specialises in mindset and self-leadership, helping high-functioning individuals move from internal friction to sustainable performance. With a background in high-performance education, leadership, mentoring and coaching, Lama works with ambitious professionals who appear successful externally but experience inconsistency, pressure, or internal conflict behind the scenes. Her work focuses on helping clients understand why certain traits feel accessible in some environments but blocked in others, and how to intentionally rebuild that access. Before becoming a coach, Lama spent over a decade in education, working with diverse individuals across all age groups. Despite her professional success, she experienced burnout, unresolved personal challenges, and the hidden cost of maintaining high standards without sustainable internal systems. Known since her teens as “The Walking Contradiction,” she spent years trying to fix perceived flaws before realising that lasting change comes not from self-rejection, but from self-integration. Today, her work integrates principles from behavioural psychology, identity-based change, performance coaching, habit science, and six additional evidence-based disciplines within her Duality Framework. Rather than focusing on motivation alone, she helps clients build practical systems, strengthen behavioural access, and expand their capacity through habits and mindset shifts. Whether supporting a perfectionist navigating pressure, a high achiever rebuilding confidence, or a leader seeking emotional range without sacrificing standards, Lama’s approach is both structured and deeply human. Her coaching is designed not just to achieve goals, but to build transferable skills that improve how clients operate long after the coaching ends. At the core of her philosophy is a simple belief: people rarely lack the qualities they need - they often lack consistent access to them. By helping clients expand that access, she helps them create change that is both measurable and lasting. • Aaron Eschenburg, Ayahuascero, Astrotheologer, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Aaron Eschenburg is an Ayahuasca Shaman and creator of the natural plant medicine company Ancestral Herbs. Being hit by a drunk driver at 21 spiraled him into a journey of exploring alternative medicines to get away from the side effects of pharmaceuticals. Astrotheology and plant medicines then came into his life at the same time, creating a better understanding of humanities relationship with our living planet solar system, and Universe. He now dedicates his life to helping others explore the options of natural healing, entheogenic practices, and embracing the Aquarian Age. A true Renaissance man at heart with an endless list of curiosities. Diving into art and music creation at a young age, encouraged by a very musical family and a pair of his mom's drumsticks, Aaron began learning multiple instruments and recording production. This eventually opened up the world of sound and vibrational healing with a thirst to understand and study alternative modalities to heal our mind and body, with singing bowls, vocal toning, Om'ing, Reiki, yoga, breathwork, and herbalism. As well, with the background in music production, this landed an unexpected career as a Production Sound Mixer (recording the on-set dialogue of actors) in the film and television industry. Traveling across the U.S. for 18 years, working on everything from theatrical movie releases, sitcoms, reality TV shows, corporate news, and documentaries. The open schedule of the film industry allowed for independent travel and studies away from the career itself. Offering sound baths, breath-work, and astrology workshops at local studios and festivals, even at larger festivals like Envision Festival in Costa Rica, and working down in Peru with Ayahuasca plant medicine throughout the years in between filming. This eventually led to a calling from the plants to serve the plants and people. To train and learn these plant allies and work alongside them in a growing team to help raise the vibration of the planet. Aaron was guided by Ayahuasca to create astrology videos and video content, guided to create a natural plant medicine company, guided to start a religious non-profit to protect the ceremony and the participants, and guided to listen to the medicine and how it wants to be served here in the United States. While having a childhood in the Church and teenage years of rebellion away from dogmatic religion, the deep understanding of Astrotheology illuminated the path to fill in the gaps that the religions were missing. Where many began to fall away from religion with anger, guilt, or depression, Aaron walked away with answers and a knowing of how to inform others on their existential journey of dismantling the world that was taught to us, in order to embrace the world that is. Leading the way to this Age of Aquarius, educating and empowering others on understanding our time and place on this planet. • Hella Rader, Podcast Host & Somatic Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Hella Rader has spent more than twenty years navigating the terrain she now helps other women cross – moving through grief, finding her voice, and learning what it actually means to inhabit her own life. That personal history is not just background. It is the credential. It is what she brings to Embody & Create, her somatic coaching practice, where she works with women one-on-one using the body as a guide rather than an obstacle. Hella helps women get unstuck, map what comes next, and build lives they love from the inside out. And it is what she brings to Stories That Sparkle, the long-form interview podcast she built to give other women the same space: intimate conversations with women navigating grief, starting over, reclaiming their voices, inhabiting their bodies and building community. Fifty-plus episodes in, these conversations are recorded wherever the story lives – living rooms, sunrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and even outside in a park. Before the podcast and the coaching practice, Hella spent thirty years working across creative industries – PR, arts management, tour management, and radio – always in service of other people’s stories. She co-hosted a live show on East Village Radio and served as tour manager for Shara Nova and My Brightest Diamond, work that took her across the country and into rooms she had to figure out how to navigate in real time. That instinct – to go where the story is, and handle what you find when you get there – informs everything she does. Hella is GenX with millennial tendencies, the first American in her family, a global traveler, and someone who has driven a Porsche on a racetrack, surfed off the coast of Mexico, and shaped a raw emerald in the Diamond District. She will try almost anything at least once. Except olives. Or mushrooms. Of any kind. She writes weekly on Substack and can be found at hellarader.com. Jo Ibbott is a leading expert on perimenopause and menopause, particularly its impact on women and the workplace. She is passionate about ensuring everyone understands perimenopause and menopause, so that women are not undermined and workplaces do not lose valuable talent. Jo's driving force is to demystify and debunk menopause myths, challenging the taboos around this important life stage and bringing it into the open.   As an Executive Coach, Jo's specialisation in this area grew from observing recurring themes among her mid-life clients: loss of confidence, lack of joy, overwhelm, anxiety, and low mood. These were high-achieving women, at the peak of their careers, who were suddenly questioning their capabilities. Reflecting on her own mid-life experience, Jo recognised the significant impact of perimenopause's psychological symptoms. She had, for the first time, considered antidepressants and experienced a marked decline in her motivation for both life and work. Connecting these dots, Jo realised that perimenopause was robbing these women of their sense of self and jeopardising their careers. She resolved to take action.   In 2020, Jo trained as an Executive Menopause Coach. She began working with organisations and individual women, providing education, coaching and practical solutions to navigate the unique challenges of perimenopause. Simultaneously, she founded the What the Fog? Facebook Community, a safe space for women to ask questions, find support and access reliable, evidence-based information.   Jo is known for her dedication to normalising the conversation, empowering women and enabling organisations to foster cultural change and engage in courageous conversations about perimenopause and menopause. Through her training, coaching, and advocacy, she equips women with the understanding that it's not them, it's perimenopause and there are things they can do that will help. She also guides organisations in building inclusive, compassionate, and equitable cultures.   Contact Jo today to learn how she can help you or your organisation navigate menopause with knowledge and confidence.
