  • Stacie Steinbock MEd, ABS, Tantra Coaching Specialist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Stacie Steinbock has spent the past 20 years immersed in the field of human sexuality, working as an educator, facilitator, and leader committed to personal and social transformation. With a Master’s degree in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University, she spent 16 of those years teaching in higher education, most notably as Director of the LGBT Center at the University of Louisville Health Sciences Campus. There, she led a groundbreaking collaboration with medical faculty to develop the first fully LGBTQ-DSD inclusive medical school curriculum in the U.S., and contributed to seven peer-reviewed publications advancing sexual and gender health equity. In 2017, her team’s work was recognized with the Louisville Business First “Innovator” award.   But Stacie’s most profound evolution came through a deeply personal challenge. In 2021, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer—a life-altering experience that not only reshaped her body but also her relationship to pleasure, intimacy, and healing. In her search for reconnection and wholeness, she discovered the power of Tantra. What began as a personal practice became a pathway to joy, nervous system regulation, and profound inner transformation.   Today, Stacie is the founder of The Golden Thread, a Tantra-based coaching and education practice offering private sessions, workshops, and retreats in Louisville, KY and online. She is a trauma-informed Tibetan 5 Element Tantra Practitioner, trained through the only government-accredited Tantra program in the world. She works with individuals, couples, and partnership systems to support healing from sexual dysfunction, trauma, and disconnection—helping clients awaken to the wisdom of their bodies and the power of embodied pleasure.   Stacie’s work is rooted in the belief that pleasure is not a luxury—it’s a vital, life-giving force that can lead us back to ourselves. • Valentina Mazzei, Sound and Energy Alchemist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Valentina, originally from Rome, Italy, relocated to Miami, FL over a decade ago. Armed with a master degree in marketing, she spent years in the corporate world, unaware of the deeper aspects of life and personal consciousness. Embarking on a path of self-discovery, she faced a profound sense of unfulfillment and emptiness. This challenge stemmed from deep-rooted self-doubt and a persistent lack of self-confidence. She often found herself in the trap of comparing herself to others, constantly seeking their validation and acceptance, while neglecting her own needs and aspirations. This cycle of self-neglect and frequent comparison left her in a state of continuous dissatisfaction in life, as she was always searching outside of herself to fill an inner void. Adding to her struggles was a strong inclination towards perfectionism, which only served to magnify her self-doubts and insecurities. This limiting mindset left her with an overwhelming feeling of never being enough. As she looked for help, she realized the limitations of traditional medical approaches. She spent years in talk therapy, discussing her problems over and over again, without feeling any significant shift in my state of being. This approach, while helpful to some extent, kept her in a loop, focusing on her problems rather than moving towards solutions. Despite these challenges, she knew deep down that there had to be another path – one that could lead to real transformation. She was open-minded and willing to explore alternatives, driven by a deep desire for change. This led her to discover the world of holistic healing, which opened new doors to wellness and self-discovery. While exploring the different modalities of holistic healing, she learned about sound healing and meditation. These practices were incredibly effective in addressing her issues. Sound healing, in particular, was a revelation. It allowed her to enter a state of deep meditation effortlessly, as she focused on the sounds without judgment or anticipation. This practice helped her stay present in the moment – a key aspect of effective meditation. Along with hypnosis and plant medicine, these therapies awakened a new sense of awareness within her, helping her understand her life purpose and the power she held all along. While engaged in a sound healing session, the sounds resonated with the frequencies in the body, helping it return to its natural state of balance, harmony, and alignment. During a sound bath, brainwaves transition from the alert Beta state into the more relaxed Delta or Theta states. This shift allows for a deeply meditative and dream-like experience, fostering a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Through specific frequencies, sound baths stimulate the third eye and crown chakras, facilitating a connection to a higher state of consciousness. This fosters a deeper connection with our higher selves and the universe. As a result, we find ourselves more in tune with our true purpose and destiny, feeling a profound sense of alignment and connection. She discovered the significant impact of past traumas and emotions on our bodies, specifically how they influence our nervous system, leading to issues such as anxiety, stress, fear, and various physical illnesses. Uncovering the fact that the majority of illnesses have their roots in stress was a revelation. The profound effects of sound healing on her well-being were truly transformative. Physically, she experienced reduced stress and anxiety, improved immunity, enhanced mood, and lower blood pressure. Emotionally, she released trapped emotions and traumas, finding a sense of peace and confidence. Spiritually, this practice expanded her self-awareness and consciousness, aligning her more closely with gratitude and purpose. This journey of healing and self-discovery had such a significant impact on her life that it inspired her to assist others in navigating their own paths of growth and healing. She became passionate about helping other women awaken to their true selves, unleashing their full potential, and finding their inner strength and beauty. She realized the incredible power of energy and sound, and she wanted to share this with others. She holds multiple certifications and has achieved mastery from the International Sound Therapy Association and Mindvalley, among others. Now based in Naples, FL, she offers group and private sessions focused on spiritual growth and expanding consciousness. In addition to her one-on-one work, she hosts retreats, workshops, and public talks. Her services are not just about healing; they are about transformation. They empower individuals to shift their energy, and by doing so, change their lives. • Julie Zdravkovski, Spiritual Advisor & Medium, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Julie Zdravkovski is an international spiritual advisor, teacher, and thought leader known for disrupting conventional narratives within the spiritual and personal development space. With over 30 years of experience, her work moves beyond surface-level practices, challenging the industry’s tendency toward avoidance, performance, and spiritual bypassing.   Her intuitive abilities awakened at the age of seven, initiating a lifelong exploration of energy, perception, and human behaviour. By sixteen, she was reading professionally, developing a reputation for delivering insight that is both precise and unfiltered. Over the decades, she has refined her work through a wide range of intuitive and energetic disciplines, while consciously evolving her approach to prioritise grounded integration over abstract spirituality.   Alongside her spiritual work, Julie built a successful 20-year corporate career in leadership, human resources, and executive operations within the executive recruitment sector. This experience informs her unique perspective, one that understands both the complexity of human behaviour and the demands of real-world life.   For more than a decade, Julie has led her own holistic practice, expanding from intuitive readings into teaching, group work, and the development of frameworks that integrate emotional intelligence, somatic awareness, and energetic insight. Her work is known for its directness, depth, and refusal to dilute truth for comfort.   She has been featured in national media, including the Herald Sun, and has appeared across radio, podcasts, and major wellbeing events. She is also the host of Here to Be Human: A Multidimensional Soul, where she explores what it truly means to live consciously without disconnecting from the human experience.   Julie’s work challenges a core assumption: that growth should feel good. Instead, she positions transformation as something that requires honesty, self-responsibility, and a willingness to confront what most people avoid. Her focus is not on creating dependency, but on helping individuals develop clarity, resilience, and the capacity to navigate their own lives with awareness and authority.
