Caelen Cann
Couples Counselor and Coach
Caelen Cann lives and works in the mountain town of Steamboat Springs, CO, where she has built a career helping couples create lasting change. With almost 15 years of experience in mental health, her path began in addiction and recovery before shifting to her true calling: couples work. Her own marriage journey, navigating parenthood, loss, and life’s stressors, showed her firsthand the power of this work and continues to fuel her passion for helping others. Caelen is trained in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), completing Levels 1–3 with founder Stan Tatkin, PsyD. Drawing on neuroscience, attachment theory, and experiential practices, Caelen helps couples not only understand what is happening between them, but why, so they can make lasting, meaningful change. Through her private practice and as co-founder of The Couple Formula, Caelen serves couples locally in Steamboat, virtually across the U.S., and internationally. She has been recognized as a finalist for “Best Mental Health Counselor” in Steamboat’s Best of the Boat several times and is frequently invited to speak and lecture on relationships and attachment. She continues to coach trainings for the PACT Institute. Outside of her work, you’ll find Caelen biking, skiing, hiking, or camping with her husband, Kevin, and their daughters, Lyra and Bowie.
