  • Anthony Leake, Tony Leake - Anxiety Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Tony Leake became an expert in overcoming anxiety after he had to give up a successful career due to severe anxiety and debilitating panic attacks. He has since spent the last decade helping others to overcome anxiety. While he is very well qualified (certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Master Practitioner of NLP amongst others) he doesn't believe that tools and techniques are the answer. He often says that "overcoming anxiety is as much of a mindset as a skillset," and that to overcome anxiety we need to change the way that we think about it. Working with individuals from every walk of life, teachers, doctors and multi millionaires has taught him that anxiety doesn't discriminate and everybody is just as likely to be affected. He currently consults for some of the largest companies in the UK. His message: anxiety robs people of their quality of life and it's not necessary to live like that. Anthony Leake Executive Contributor Tony Leake - Anxiety Coach Executive Contributors at Brainz Magazine are handpicked and invited to contribute because of their knowledge and valuable insight within their area of expertise. • Siobhan Fitzgerald, Yoga Therapist and Breath Master, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Siobhan Fitzgerald is a transformative lifestyle educator, focused on filling that void we have within us, through breathwork regimes, ayurvedic diet and yoga therapy. A fusion that is unique for every individual. Working with a one-hundred-year-old lineage, the practices are a commitment to leading a life free from emotional pain and that hollow void we are compelled to keep trying to fill. The void that causes that pain. Her goal is to liberate us from that mindset and give us transformational tools that change and evolve with your own personal growth and journey. Her childhood traumas (plural) and dysfunctional teenage years gave her a deep longing to seek out that change, filling her own void from a lack of boundaries, respect, harmony, stability or love in her life. She found this for herself, in an ancient and science-based lineage in India. It has been her saving grace, her freedom from her own pain and struggles and her ability to grasp life with both hands and be able to say I feel fulfilled, happy and content no matter what else life throws my way. I have the tools within me to resolve just about anything. She is with gratitude sharing and teaching others how to follow simple practices for transformation and growth, clarity and change for a positive and healthy body and mind. Her twenty years of dedication and laterally a three-year intensive program of studies with neurologists, surgeons, philosophers, breath masters, ayurvedic doctors and yoga therapists at the highly recognised Kailvalyadham Institute, Pune, India made her the only UK student certified to teach this methodology direct from the lineage. They wanted a small group of life long students to keep this knowledge functional and alive. Siobhan says “ I was all talked out, seeing councilors, healers and trying many other spiritual practices”, she felt like she kept walking into doors, when met by her breath master. He eradicated a lot of her physiological problems in a very short space of time. A new version of herself emerged and there was no going back. This was a new feeling for life, happiness and freedom. Siobhan also knew it was an ongoing work in progress. To continue evolving. We seek a quick fix, or solution to help meet our needs. In reality quick fixes are short lived bursts of effort with a pattern of giving us a high and then a low, once the fix wears off. It expends a lot of our vital force or energy. The dopamine hit we receive fades, and we look for something else. This could be anything from the new car to the fad diet. None of these things fill the void. True growth comes from a steady effort with the right tools. Those tools are incredible, and they start deep inside of us, in our gut and our secondary station the heart. When we tap into these tissues, nerves and spaces, our troubled patterns transform into resilient, functional, confident and very fulfilled inner joy. There is no other way. We just have to want to go through it to get to the gold on the other side. Once we taste it, we want more and the side effects I am happy to say are enough to lift the sides of your mouth into the biggest inner smile life can give you. Take care of your inner you everyday and the outer you will shine. It’s infectious, it touches those around you, and it gives hope and pure joy. Siobhan is almost finished her first book of three she is writing “breath code”. It focuses on key active practices that unlock our central nervous system and allow Prana or life-force energy to freely flow. The inner calm this brings is priceless and it is a prerequisite that is greatly missed before taking up slow breath work or meditation. Our mind is a monkey. Our goal is to quiet it down so we can heal and see clearly in the still moments of life. Contentment arrives in a subtle and more permanent manner which settles in our body and soothes our mind. • Agnes Trocinska, Decision Strategist & Researcher, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

She is a Decision Strategist and Researcher focused on how people navigate complex decisions in their careers, businesses, and lives. She spent nearly 20 years working in insights and analytics roles in large global organisations in London, building a successful career in data-driven strategy. During this time, she worked closely with senior professionals across industries, helping organisations make strategic decisions grounded in analysis and performance. Over time, she began to observe a recurring pattern: many highly capable professionals reached a point where, despite outward success, their work no longer felt aligned with who they were becoming. She also recognised that most organisational structures continue to prioritise vertical progression, often discouraging lateral exploration - even when it may be more aligned with an individual’s strengths, values, and long-term contribution. Eventually, Agnes experienced this turning point herself. After a prolonged period of chronic stress and burnout, she made the decision to step away from her corporate career and rethink her direction. This experience led her to develop an approach to decision making that integrates intuition, strategy, and real-world experimentation - what she refers to as Integrative Decision Making (Heart, Logic, Action). Her work is grounded in the belief that people often avoid necessary decisions due to fear or lack of self-trust, despite having more agency over their careers and lives than they realise. She helps individuals recognise the opportunities available to them, rebuild self-belief, and understand what may be holding them back from moving forward. Agnes works with individuals navigating career transitions and complex decisions, and with organisations seeking to better support experienced talent through retention, internal mobility, and engagement. She is also leading an independent research project on mid-career transitions, exploring how professionals navigate evolving priorities, growing misalignment, and the need to realign their work and lives with their core values. • Dalia AbuHashish, Psychology Researcher & Mind-Body Practitioner, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Dalia AbuHashish is a clinical psychologist and renowned trauma-informed therapist dedicated to answering the profound question that frustrates so many seekers of healing: "Why hasn't anything changed despite doing everything?" With an extensive background in clinical psychology and emotional trauma, Dalia recognized early on that traditional, cognitive-only talk therapy often falls short. She discovered that intellectualizing pain is not enough; true, sustainable transformation requires a holistic blueprint. To bridge this critical gap, she developed her signature methodology, the "Comfort Beach Triangle" – an integrative healing approach that unifies the Mind, the Body, and Energy. Unlike conventional practitioners who focus solely on mental analysis, Dalia specializes in bottom-up somatic processing. Drawing heavily on Polyvagal Theory and the physiological connection between the body and emotional states, she helps clients decode the physical manifestations of their emotional pain. She understands that the nervous system holds onto trauma, inner child wounds, and unresolved childhood attachment patterns, keeping individuals trapped in an invisible survival mode. Her practice provides the exact roadmap needed to release this trapped energy, regulate the nervous system, and restore a profound mind-body connection. As the author of a comprehensive, practical guide specifically designed to empower women, Dalia guides individuals through the complexities of high-functioning stress, chronic burnout, and emotional fatigue. She excels at translating complex clinical psychology into accessible, actionable steps that lead to genuine relief and true comfort. Currently expanding her global digital clinic, Dalia is the creator of a highly structured, signature 12-session transformation program. This intensive curriculum takes clients far beyond temporary coping mechanisms, offering a permanent paradigm shift. Her ultimate mission is to provide a safe, accessible space where individuals can finally stop simply surviving, rewrite their internal narratives, and embrace an authentically liberated life.
