Agnes Trocinska

Decision Strategist & Researcher

She is a Decision Strategist and Researcher focused on how people navigate complex decisions in their careers, businesses, and lives. She spent nearly 20 years working in insights and analytics roles in large global organisations in London, building a successful career in data-driven strategy. During this time, she worked closely with senior professionals across industries, helping organisations make strategic decisions grounded in analysis and performance.

Over time, she began to observe a recurring pattern: many highly capable professionals reached a point where, despite outward success, their work no longer felt aligned with who they were becoming. She also recognised that most organisational structures continue to prioritise vertical progression, often discouraging lateral exploration - even when it may be more aligned with an individual’s strengths, values, and long-term contribution.

Eventually, Agnes experienced this turning point herself. After a prolonged period of chronic stress and burnout, she made the decision to step away from her corporate career and rethink her direction.

This experience led her to develop an approach to decision making that integrates intuition, strategy, and real-world experimentation - what she refers to as Integrative Decision Making (Heart, Logic, Action).

Her work is grounded in the belief that people often avoid necessary decisions due to fear or lack of self-trust, despite having more agency over their careers and lives than they realise. She helps individuals recognise the opportunities available to them, rebuild self-belief, and understand what may be holding them back from moving forward.

Agnes works with individuals navigating career transitions and complex decisions, and with organisations seeking to better support experienced talent through retention, internal mobility, and engagement.

She is also leading an independent research project on mid-career transitions, exploring how professionals navigate evolving priorities, growing misalignment, and the need to realign their work and lives with their core values.
