  • Jane Rimer, Alliance for Breast Implant Education, Nonprofit for Education About the Risks of Breast Implants, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Feeling her successful career in health care marketing had somewhat stalled, Jane Rimer thought a breast augmentation might help. Ten years ago, she chose to get breast implants. Although she did research and inquired about their risks, she found none and was assured her implants were safe. Within months, she became critically ill, ultimately bed-ridden and unable to work. After a complicated surgery to remove her implants and the toxins around them, Ms. Rimer began the long road to recovery. Her experience was so impactful, she committed full time to advocating for the education of women and their communities about the risks of breast implants. Ms. Rimer’s first love is mentoring women who are considering implants or have Breast Implant Illness (BII). She is also dedicated to educating women and their families, friends, doctors, and other health care providers about breast implant risks, and supports legislative change: health care diagnostic and treatment codes, informed consent, and black box warnings about these devices. Her projects are conducted under her California-based nonprofit, Alliance for Breast Implant Education (ABIE). • Lucie Lachaux, Strategic Advisor, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Lucie Lachaux is a Strategic Advisor and former CFO specialising in one specific and under-addressed problem: how highly capable people sustain and grow their performance once they have already achieved success. Most thinking on high performance focuses on how to get there. Very little addresses what happens after. When the goals have been met, the business is working, and the drive that made all of it possible starts to quietly disappear. When a highly intelligent person finds themselves sitting in a life they built but no longer feel engaged by. Not because they failed. Because they succeeded. And no one prepared them for what comes after that. This is the crisis Lucie works in. It is more common at the top than anyone publicly admits. She became a CFO at 26 and spent the following decade inside multi-entity businesses across Europe, the Middle East and the United States. What she observed consistently was that the highest performers hit a specific inflection point where sustained growth required something beyond strategy or capability. It required clarity on what actually comes next and the willingness to make the decision that moves them there. Her work combines CFO-level business precision with the ability to identify what is driving or blocking performance at the personal level. The two are never separate at this level. Treating them as if they are is exactly why so many high performers stay stuck longer than they should. • Bilyana Wharton, Integrative Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, Senior Level Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Bilyana Wharton is an integrative psychotherapist and hypnotherapist specialising in trauma recovery and relational issues. Bulgarian born, raised during the best years of the Communist Era only to witness and live through the destruction of the system, economics, state organisation, ideology, and life as it was. Bilyana graduated from her Alma Mater, the University St Climent Ohridski of Sofia, Bulgaria in 1993 with a Master’s Degree in Primary School Pedagogics and Specialisation in Music. After a short career as a music teacher, she changed direction by becoming a professional musician playing piano and singing. For almost a decade, she travelled the world, working and living in different countries and cultures. The journeys brought immense insight of how culture can impact an individual’s belief system and behaviours. She became a keen observer of relational dynamics and interpersonal communication. The natural progression was to train as a psychotherapist, a dream she followed through with, once settled in the UK. The choice of training with Chrysalis Courses UK was influenced by her interest in integrative psychotherapy and her personal belief that therapy is an art of soulful transformation and as any art, it requires knowledge in different styles and techniques. At the time of her graduation in 2013, she had already undergone additional training with HOPE organisation in working with survivors of sexual abuse. The next step was becoming an independent hypnotherapist for Anxiety UK, a partnership that continued for two and a half years before she embarked on developing her private psychotherapy practice. Today, Bilyana works with individual clients and couples holding sessions in person or online in the beautiful settings of her home. Truly, being a therapist is not a profession but a part of her identity. Bilyana is happily married with two grown up children, 4 dogs, 2 cats, 50 sheep and 23 chickens living blissfully together in their small-holding in rural North Yorkshire. She is an imaginative cook, interested in fusion cuisine and passionate about healthy eating and living. Deeply connected to nature, art, and music, practicing yoga and swimming, Bilyana cherishes the joy and calm of life and strives to reignite aliveness in each person she works with. • Taylor Han, Leadership and Communication Expert, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

With more than a decade of experience spanning retail, corporate staffing, legal, and restaurant environments, I became increasingly interested in a simple question: why do some leaders create thriving cultures while others unintentionally create dysfunction? I explore that question in thorough discussions of leadership, communication, culture, and human connection. As the founder of True Voice Consulting, I'm passionate about helping individuals and organizations lead people in increasingly complex environments.   I bring a uniquely practical perspective to conversations about leadership and development. Rather than developing ideas solely from theory, my work is shaped by years spent navigating fast-paced workplaces, difficult conversations, competing priorities, organizational change, and the everyday realities of leading people through uncertainty.   Throughout my career, I've built a reputation for entering environments with underperforming teams and helping transform them into engaged, collaborative, and high-performing units. My leadership philosophy centers on a simple belief: leadership problems are often communication problems first, and I believe healthier cultures create stronger results. This is a perspective that bridges research and practice.   My work frequently examines the gap between traditional leadership advice and what leadership actually looks like when applied in real time. I am especially interested in topics including leadership communication, culture, team dynamics, workplace relationships, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.   Through True Voice Consulting, I work with individuals and organizations seeking stronger communication strategies, healthier workplace cultures, and more effective leadership practices. In addition to leadership consulting, the business also provides ghostwriting services along with fiction and memoir editing, helping clients communicate their ideas, stories, and expertise with greater clarity and authenticity. • Jessica Echeverri, Clinical Entrepreneur, Business Strategist & Psychotherapist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Jessica Echeverri is a clinical entrepreneur, psychotherapist, business strategist, and founder of multiple service-based companies across mental health, court-related programming, equine-assisted therapy, healthcare operations, and business education. With over 20 years of experience, she writes about the human systems behind sustainable success, ethical leadership, mental health, service-based business, burnout-resistant growth, and the future of care. Jessica has built organizations serving clients across the world. Her work includes clinical service delivery, court-compliant counseling and psychoeducational programming, equine-assisted therapy and professional training, healthcare business systems, professional education, and business development for clinicians and service-based entrepreneurs. This gives her a rare perspective on both the human responsibility of serving people well and the executive responsibility of building systems that can operate with clarity, consistency, and integrity. Her writing focuses on the patterns that shape how people lead, work, care, grow, and burn out. She explores topics such as boundaries, emotional labor, conflict avoidance, leadership pressure, ethical growth, team structure, client experience, AI-supported operations, access to care, and the systems required to protect both service quality and business sustainability. Jessica believes many professionals do not burn out because they lack passion. They burn out because they are carrying systems that were never designed to support them. Through her Clinical CEO philosophy, she helps clinicians, healthcare professionals, service providers, and high-achieving leaders move from being the person everything depends on to becoming the leader who builds the structure, strategy, and support required for long-term success. Her mission is to help professionals build ethical, sustainable lives and businesses that support their clients, teams, values, and wellbeing.
