Clinical Entrepreneur | Business Strategist | Psychotherapist, MSW
Jessica Echeverri is a clinical entrepreneur, psychotherapist, business strategist, and founder of multiple service-based companies across mental health, court-related programming, equine-assisted therapy, healthcare operations, and business education. With over 20 years of experience, she writes about the human systems behind sustainable success, ethical leadership, mental health, service-based business, burnout-resistant growth, and the future of care.
Jessica has built organizations serving clients across the world. Her work includes clinical service delivery, court-compliant counseling and psychoeducational programming, equine-assisted therapy and professional training, healthcare business systems, professional education, and business development for clinicians and service-based entrepreneurs. This gives her a rare perspective on both the human responsibility of serving people well and the executive responsibility of building systems that can operate with clarity, consistency, and integrity.
Her writing focuses on the patterns that shape how people lead, work, care, grow, and burn out. She explores topics such as boundaries, emotional labor, conflict avoidance, leadership pressure, ethical growth, team structure, client experience, AI-supported operations, access to care, and the systems required to protect both service quality and business sustainability.
Jessica believes many professionals do not burn out because they lack passion. They burn out because they are carrying systems that were never designed to support them. Through her Clinical CEO philosophy, she helps clinicians, healthcare professionals, service providers, and high-achieving leaders move from being the person everything depends on to becoming the leader who builds the structure, strategy, and support required for long-term success. Her mission is to help professionals build ethical, sustainable lives and businesses that support their clients, teams, values, and wellbeing.
