Strategic Advisor
Lucie Lachaux is a Strategic Advisor and former CFO specialising in one specific and under-addressed problem: how highly capable people sustain and grow their performance once they have already achieved success.
Most thinking on high performance focuses on how to get there. Very little addresses what happens after. When the goals have been met, the business is working, and the drive that made all of it possible starts to quietly disappear. When a highly intelligent person finds themselves sitting in a life they built but no longer feel engaged by. Not because they failed. Because they succeeded. And no one prepared them for what comes after that.
This is the crisis Lucie works in. It is more common at the top than anyone publicly admits.
She became a CFO at 26 and spent the following decade inside multi-entity businesses across Europe, the Middle East and the United States. What she observed consistently was that the highest performers hit a specific inflection point where sustained growth required something beyond strategy or capability. It required clarity on what actually comes next and the willingness to make the decision that moves them there.
Her work combines CFO-level business precision with the ability to identify what is driving or blocking performance at the personal level. The two are never separate at this level. Treating them as if they are is exactly why so many high performers stay stuck longer than they should.
