Are you tracking your lifestyle?


Data is useful for ensuring your perception of how you're doing.


Tracking devices are becoming more and more popular. They have become so smart you can track almost anything these days! Your sleep quality, stress level, recovery rate, body readiness state, activity level...


Speaking of, how rested and energetic do you feel right now?


Whatever your trackers, apps, or even personal trainers are telling you, they cannot provide answers to all the burning questions about your life.


What the fitness tracker doesn't tell you is the level of


your life satisfaction,


your life quality,


happiness or fulfillment.


If not a tracker what then?


They also don't promise to tell you that. Nor will they tell you what you want to be, do or have in life. Not to mention how you would want to make the desired changes to feel certain and content about your choices.

There is no device for that and there won’t be.


As much as you would track your habits, boost your body and mind with supplements and superfoods, or take all the personality tests in the world… You won’t find the answers to help make daunting life decisions.

So, what is the good news here?


You are the only one who knows what you want in your life.


Your happiness doesn’t increase by comparing your life to others and copying what they are doing. It can be a great source of inspiration to observe others and talk to them. Yet, the most important work for you to do for your satisfaction, happiness, and fulfillment is to turn inwards and listen to your needs and priorities.

If this feels even more daunting, there are many methods to help you explore what’s important to you.
