When you can harness the power of your subconscious mind, you can overcome stressors. Stressors or triggers are different from one person to the next. However, when you can reprogram your subconscious mind to manifest the life you want, and let go of the stressors, then unleashing your true potential comes naturally.

The invisible hand of subconscious beliefs

Do you know that 95% of your life is on autopilot – controlled by your subconscious mind? The wonderful thing about the subconscious is that it controls automatic functions like breathing, heart rate, digestion, and so much more without us having to consciously think about it. Like a supercomputer, the subconscious also records everything since the time you were in your mother’s womb.

The downside to being on autopilot is that we’re not always mindful or vigilant to guard against negative thoughts that may play back in our minds. How many times have you engaged in negative self-talk? Making negative comments like “I’m not good enough” or “I am not worthy”?

After a while, self-limiting behaviors and negative beliefs can lead to toxic build-up, limiting your potential, and negatively impacting your mental, physical, and emotional health. This can lead to subconscious self-sabotage that holds us back from living the life we want. When this happens, we may not realize that we are adding further stress to our lives.

Awareness of stressors

While stressors or triggers such as relationship conflicts, money problems, or health problems may arise in life, they show up differently for each person. Stress is your body's way of reacting to something that upsets your normal balance.

Harvard researchers estimate that 80 percent of doctor visits are caused by stress. The good news is that the Harvard study and other studies show that mindfulness activities like yoga and meditation can reduce stress, improve brain health, and restore balance.

Nowadays people spend a lot of time and resources on the latest electronic gadgets or updating their smartphones to be more efficient and effective. There’s nothing wrong with that, but at the same time, why not also invest in yourself? It is good practice to periodically do a self-check to see if one needs to update one’s own human operating system.

Free your mind of stressors with subconscious transformation

What if there is a way to transform your life for the better in minutes?

This is the power of a PSYCH-K® balance. In the last 35 years, PSYCH- K® balances have helped hundreds of thousands of people across the globe to let go of stress and restore their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. With a PSYCH-K® balance, people are able to let go of the negative impacts of stress and create peace from within.

As a PSYCH-K® facilitator, I have helped clients at a subconscious level to free themselves from blockages that limit their potential and clear a path for them to move forward. This is done by aligning the subconscious mind with the conscious mind’s goals. PSYCH-K® is one of the fastest ways to reprogram your subconscious mind.

Can you think of someone who can benefit from transforming their life to embrace the best that life and love have to offer? Maybe even yourself? Perhaps it’s time to try PSYCH-K®. A transformation session may be all that is needed to overcome a stressful event, to let go of the self-sabotage, and to operate at a higher level.
