What inspired you to create “I Am Ready”?

The inspiration for “I Am Ready” came from a deeply personal promise I made to myself, a kind of contract with the Universe. I vowed that if I could rise, heal, and overcome the darkest chapters of my life, then I would dedicate the rest of my life to helping others who feel trapped in similar pain.

During those early healing days, I often visualized myself speaking to the Universe, imagining a future where I was strong mentally, physically, and emotionally, and able to help others. However, that vision was born from profound loss and loneliness. I not only battled addictions, but I also faced a lack of support from some of the people closest to me. Many couldn’t understand my struggles; some even dismissed or judged me harshly when I tried to open up. This lack of support added an extra layer of pain and made the path to healing even more challenging.

For many years, I was stuck in toxic habits, living an unfulfilled life and constantly seeking validation. I reached a point where I understood that my bad habits would destroy me, and my career would fade away if I didn’t start looking for a way out of these cycles. But as a single mother, I felt so much shame in speaking about it. I kept it to myself until the pain became unbearable.

Yet, this adversity only fueled my determination. Instead of allowing others’ judgments to define me, I transformed that pain into a powerful force for change. I understood deeply why many people relapse into old patterns despite wanting to break free, because overcoming pain without support is incredibly hard. That understanding became the foundation of my purpose: to be the unwavering support for those on their own journeys to healing and transformation.

I transformed all my pain and people’s judgment into the power of change. I didn’t want to be the person they described me as. It touched me so much, but each time, it made me even stronger until it made me unstoppable. I now feel a purpose to show people that any pain they feel can be used to change their life for the better. If we look at many successful people, we often see that they’ve gone through the darkest times in their past, been broken, damaged, but they’ve turned that pain into the creation of amazing new lives.

What does success mean to you?

To me, success is far more than external markers like career achievements or financial wealth. True success begins internally by living authentically and aligned with your values and soul’s purpose. It means taking full responsibility for your life, your thoughts, and your actions, and feeling proud of the person you are becoming.

When you cultivate this inner success, everything else, career, money, lifestyle, flows naturally. Success is freedom: the freedom to live your truth and design a life that resonates with your deepest self, rather than conforming to external expectations.

How do you support people through your work?

My mission is to help people recognize that their struggles do not define them, and that they are not alone even in their darkest moments. I understand that healing is a process; sometimes people need to fully experience their pain before they can let it go.

I offer tools and guidance that meet people where they are, without judgment. My approach is compassionate and practical, helping individuals reframe their mindset step by step, so they can gradually shift away from harmful patterns.

Transformation starts with a single thought, and from there, hope grows. I help people recognize the signs of their turning point, the moment when the pain of staying the same outweighs the fear of change. That moment is sacred. It’s where real healing begins.

I remember sitting on my sofa, feeling completely lost, and yet something in my soul remembered. It remembered why it came here. That moment changed everything. Even though I was broken, I knew my pain had a purpose. I was meant to experience the darkness so I could rise and help others do the same.

Tell us more about your course, “I Am Ready.”

“I Am Ready” is much more than a course to overcome harmful habits; it’s a deeply personal and transformative journey rooted in my own experience of pain, healing, and awakening. It’s a guided path for those who feel stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed by negative patterns and emotional wounds.

My mission is to help people recognize that their struggles do not define them, and that they are not alone even in their darkest moments. Healing is not linear. Sometimes, we need to fully sit with our pain before we can release it. I understand this deeply, because I’ve lived it.

This 9-module course is built on the science of neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to rewire and transform itself. But beyond the science, it’s about the heart. I offer practical tools and soulful guidance that meet people exactly where they are. There is no judgment, only space to grow, shift, and rise.

The course also explores the Nine Environments of You, a model that helps you recognize the interconnected areas of your life that influence your mindset and wellbeing: your physical surroundings, relationships, habits, spiritual space, emotional triggers, financial life, internal beliefs, learning environments, and the community you engage with. Acknowledging and addressing these environments provides clarity and holistic growth that lasts.

The program includes video trainings, meditations, subconscious reprogramming techniques, personalized affirmation guides, and reflective workbooks. Each module is intentionally designed to help people reconnect with themselves, release emotional blocks, and build new mental and emotional foundations.

What makes this course unique is that it doesn’t just offer information, it facilitates transformation. It helps people recognize the sacred moment when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the fear of change. That moment becomes the turning point, the beginning of real healing.

I created this course for those who are ready to remember who they truly are. For those who, like I once did, sit on their sofa feeling broken, yet hear a quiet voice in their soul whisper, “You were made for more.” That voice is not lying. You are ready.

Why do you emphasize working with the subconscious mind?

The subconscious mind governs much of our behavior, often without our awareness. It holds the beliefs and patterns that drive our actions, sometimes keeping us stuck in cycles we don’t want.

Real transformation requires addressing this deeper level of programming. My work uses science-backed techniques like neuroplasticity, combined with mindset coaching and meditative tools, to help people reprogram their subconscious. This empowers them to build new, healthier patterns from the inside out.

What message would you give to someone currently in their darkest moment?

If you are in your darkest moment, I want you to know: I see you. I have been there, and I understand how heavy that pain feels. But your presence here means you are seeking change, which is already a powerful step.

Your pain has purpose. The strength you need to rise is already within you. You don’t need to have all the answers right now; just take one small step towards yourself, with kindness and patience. Believe that a better future is possible, and when you’re ready, reach out. You don’t have to walk this path alone.

What is the first step you recommend someone take when they feel ready to begin their transformation journey?

The first step is a conscious decision to choose yourself to say, “I am ready.” That declaration, no matter how small it feels, is the gateway to transformation.

Begin with one simple action aligned with your desired life: it might be journaling, listening to a healing podcast, seeking guidance, or simply acknowledging your worth. Transformation is a process of intention, not perfection. Each step forward strengthens your commitment and opens the way to a new path of healing and empowerment.

Indre’s five pillars for personal transformation

  1. Start listening to yourself: Focus inward. Ask yourself what you truly need emotionally, physically, and mentally. Even the smallest realization can spark a mindset shift. Acknowledge your current state: your needs, your habits, your beliefs, and your environment. Only when you have a full picture of your situation can you begin to create lasting change.

  2. Use your subconscious mind as a tool: Leverage the first and last few minutes of your day, just after waking and just before sleep, to reprogram your mind. These are the most powerful moments for influencing the subconscious. Repeat 1-2 positive affirmations aligned with the life you want. For example: “I am healthy. I live only with good routines. I surround myself with positive and supportive people.”

  3. Be open to change: As you work with your subconscious, the Universe will begin to present you with new people, opportunities, and situations. Keep your mind and heart open. Trust the process and welcome transformation with gratitude and courage.

  4. Identify your triggers: Understand what drives you toward toxic habits, relationships, or coping mechanisms. Often, addictions and destructive behaviors are just a response to unaddressed pain. Ask yourself what you're really trying to escape. Is it workplace stress? Feelings of unworthiness? Toxic relationships? Once you identify the root, you can begin true healing.

  5. Seek supportive connections: True transformation isn’t a solo journey. Once you’ve identified your pain points and triggers, seek guidance from people who uplift and understand you. Whether it’s a coach, community, or mentor, connect with those who’ve walked your path and can offer compassionate, honest support.
