The most powerful thing you in life can do is train your mind to master your emotions. Self mastery is a skill that comes from nervous system regulation so you can access and tap into your emotional body.


What self-mastery is all about

Training your mind to focus on reframing to positive, & learning to live in the unknown. 


Through looking at your behavior, actions & attitude many of which are subconsciously programmed by your ego that will be reshaped through this work to reshape your mindset & in turn reshape your life!


You learn to push away negative thoughts & train your mind to focus on positive ones instead after you downregulate your stress hormones through somatic practices like movement, yoga, breathwork and the music you listen to.


They key here is to stay ahead of your expectations of results. Your brain will want to focus on the negative which is what you’re reprogramming. The goal is to focus on 1% daily shifts.


Through these small daily 1% shifts you will start to choose into a mentality where you get closer & closer to choices that align to faith over fear. Where you’re able to focus more on what could go right over what could go wrong.


Getting really clear on your nervous system and stress levels must be first & foremost when you’re working on self mastery. 


Then getting clear on how the people you surround yourself with affect your energy. Every person provides energy, good or bad. Through this awareness you shift your focus of energy and refocus on the only thing you can control which is yourself.


Through this work you will regain your power when it comes to leaking energy through people, places & things. And gain the power of purpose that will make the difference in your ability to align to the life of your dreams! When you focus your energy from negative to positive & allow life to happen on life’s terms with full surrender/trust & acceptance!


Parts of your past can't be erased but your attachment to them can be!


Your desire for control which is used as a means to cope with fear can be replaced by acceptance & through this work you will never be made to feel like a victim in life again!
