If you're looking to up your coaching game, I've got three powerful steps for you. Whether you're a personal or professional coach or you’re a business owner managing employees, these tips will help you lead others with inspiration and empower them to reach their full potential. Let's dive in!

Step 1: Create a clean space as a coach

Picture this—a space where everyone's voice is heard, where opinions matter, and emotions count, regardless of agreement. That's what a clean space is all about. As a coach, your role is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for your clients to express themselves fully. Let them be who they are, without any agenda or preconceived notions of what they should be doing.

Imagine how we often do this as parents—we project our desires onto our kids, thinking it's what's best for them. But what if we just held a clean space for their voices to be valid, for their opinions to be expressed? When people feel genuinely seen and heard, it creates an atmosphere of safety and trust, allowing for authentic growth and transformation.

Remember, it's not about making them wrong or imposing your ideas—it's about truly agreeing with and accepting them. Practice letting people complete their thoughts and be present with their experiences. Embrace the power of a clean space and watch the magic unfold.

Step 2: Embrace non-attached outcomes

Here's a truth bomb—what others want is not your business. Yup, that's right! Whether it's your kids, your boss, your employees, or your sister, their desires are their own. When you become attached to how you think they should behave or what they should do, you'll end up suffering. People are not meant to be controlled, and trying to manipulate them will only lead to disconnection and resentment.

As a coach, you may see potential in your clients, but they may not be ready or willing to pursue it. It's essential to let go of the attached outcome and allow them to explore their desires in their own time and way. Detaching from the result gives others the freedom to find their own path and experience growth organically.

So, drop the expectations and judgments, and focus on empowering people to reach their goals in their unique journey. Inspire by respecting their individuality and fostering a genuine relationship based on trust and acceptance.

Step 3: Cultivate pressure-free expansion

Pressure can be a creativity killer. When people feel pressured and rushed, they can't tap into their full potential. Creating a pressure-free environment is essential for encouraging expansion and growth.

Think about kids when they're immersed in imaginative play—they come up with the most incredible ideas when they feel relaxed and free. The same applies to coaching. When clients feel safe and calm, their creativity ignites, and they can truly explore their brilliance.

Allow clients to let go of conditioning, habits, and expectations, so they can access their true potential. As a coach, your role is to provide the space for this transformation to unfold organically, without imposing external pressures.

Remember, true inspiration arises when people feel empowered to express themselves authentically. Encourage radical responsibility—taking ownership of emotions, actions, discipline, and commitment. Lead by example and inspire others to find their path through their genuine desires.

By following these three steps—creating a clean space, embracing non-attached outcomes, and fostering pressure-free expansion—you'll become an influential coach, inspiring others to question, explore, and grow into their best selves. This journey of empowerment benefits not only your clients but also yourself, as you cultivate authentic and meaningful relationships.

As you embark on this coaching journey, remember—change doesn't happen by arguing with reality or forcing your ideas onto others. Embrace these steps and watch the magic unfold in your coaching practice, in your relationships, and in your business. Go forth and inspire with your authentic presence, and witness the transformative power it holds!
