Sauce Brady, the host of The Role Up Podcast, has just released his third self-published book, "The Power of Belief". Available online at over 40,000 online retailers, Yale, Georgia Tech, and the University of North Carolina Wilmington, this inspiring body of work reminds readers of the importance of believing in themselves.

Within the contents of this book, SB breaks down the vitality of being confident in your process and is summarized by this quote: "Your mindset dictates your reality. Your reality is dictated by what you identify as truth. What you identify as truth dictates your mindset.". On the surface, it seems like you're going in a circle but with a slight shift in perspective, you will discover that it's a spiral event. Your mindset dictates the direction of the spiral. If you're optimistic, you will experience an upward trend. However, if you're pessimistic, you will experience a downward trend. Ultimately, you decide which direction you grow.

"SB doesn't speak from a place of perfection, he speaks from a place of understanding. Overcoming homelessness, co-parenting 2 children (one on the Spectrum), and transmuting his pain to a relentless work ethic, he is truly on a mission to prove to the world that you can achieve your goals. "

We've doubted ourselves long enough; it's time to see what happens when we believe in ourselves. The saying may be cliche but it's true: "If you want to change what's on the outside, you must change what's on the inside first." If we want to experience the abundance of the Universe, it is fundamental that we remove all negative self-talk and replace it with grace, accountability, and compassion.

"The Power of Belief" is available in paperback on Ingram Spark, eBook (Amazon Only), and audiobook formats are coming soon. Sauce Brady is currently promoting his new book via "The Power of Belief Book Signing Tour". Stay up to date with future appearances by visiting SauceBradyBooks.com
