On the surface, it seems like you're going in a circle but with a slight shift in perspective, you will discover that it's a spiral event. Your mindset dictates the direction of the spiral. If you're optimistic, you will experience an upward trend. However, if you're pessimistic, you will experience a downward trend. Ultimately, you decide to decide which direction we grow.
