We live in a world where fear has become a form of entertainment. Every day, we are inundated with outrage cycles and endless invitations to doomscroll.

As someone who works in physical transformation and nervous system restoration, I see the effects of this every day with the rise of burnout, chronic fatigue, and metabolic dysfunction.
People are exhausted. Not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too. We do not have to look far to see how deeply fear and tragedy saturate modern culture.
Just this week, several of Netflix’s top trending films centered around kidnapping, psychological instability, violence, and human devastation. Over time, this kind of constant consumption conditions the nervous system toward hypervigilance.
The nervous system rarely gets a moment to exhale. The doomsday narrative seems to be everywhere we look in mainstream and social media, and because of my work in guiding people towards Becoming Lighter, I hold a belief that miracles are still taking place every single day, and they’re happening right under our noses.
Therefore, I decided to conduct an experiment and put that belief to the test. The Miracle Project began as a curious challenge and has quickly become the seed for a revolution.
I sent out an email to my closest clients, friends, and family, asking for their help. I needed proof that these miracles are, in fact, happening every single day, right under our noses. I asked them to share any sort of miracle, whether it was a life-changing birth, a small act of kindness when someone held a door open or paid for their coffee, or even a 30-second reprieve when they walk outside, feel the sun on their face, and can simply exhale and say, “Ahhhhh, thank you, God.”
I expected to get just a couple of responses. I was actually traveling after sending the email, so I only had access to my phone, where I saw little response.
Then, one miraculous evening, when I sat in an airport for eight hours, I opened my laptop, and guess what I saw? New Miracle, New Miracle, New Miracle, and more. My inbox was flooded with miracles.
I was in tears. I could not stop smiling. The stories were beautiful and reminded me of all that is good in this world. I began to notice themes. Themes of gratitude and connection, moments of mercy, feeling guided by something greater, and gaining certainty that all would work out okay.
It revealed to me that, in this time of uncertainty, division, and media-driven pessimism, men and women have been craving relief for their nervous systems. Beyond the noise and devastation, they too are seeking all that is good in this world.
The nervous system is starving for evidence of safety
I knew I was on to something. The feelings were contagious. As I sat on that airport floor reading these stories, my entire physiology shifted. It shifted to a state of ease and awe. I could feel my nervous system shifting.
I was finishing a difficult trip, and as the tears flowed and the goose bumps rose, I was Becoming Lighter. In my work with The Metabolic Reboot, Reclaim, and all Transgenetic programs, my clients are learning about their Reticular Activating System and the power they have to program it.
What is the Reticular Activating System, you ask? The Reticular Activating System, or RAS, acts like the brain’s filter. It decides what we notice consciously and what fades into the background.
I once thought about buying a yellow Jeep Wrangler, and suddenly, I started seeing yellow Jeep Wranglers everywhere I went. That’s the RAS at work. What we repeatedly focus on becomes easier for the brain to recognize.
When working with clients and teams, we purposefully program the RAS towards their desired outcome. So, of course, when miracles are sought after, documented, and read, guess what shows up? Yes, miracle after miracle!

Stories of impact
Here is some of what I received:
“My grandmother once went into the ER with an impacted bowel, and her surgery kept getting delayed for other emergencies. Eventually, she had the surgery, and the medical team perforated her bowel. She was not expected to make it. She was in her mid-80s, and family members were being called in for her final wishes. The priest came in to give her final rites. My grandmother ended up living another 10 years after that.”
“Yesterday, I received a phone call from a former college mate. I hadn't heard from him in quite a while, but I had just been thinking about him the day before!”
“I spent another early morning pumping on the couch. I felt exhausted and tired. I was getting ready to start complaining, but I was interrupted by the most beautiful bird singing outside. I opened the window and listened to it. I got to experience the world waking up with me. I remembered this is what I love about early mornings. By getting up early to pump, I get to start my day slowly and listen to the magic of the birds in the morning.”
“I was literally choking. It was scary. I couldn’t speak or breathe, but it just so happened to take place while I was having lunch with a nurse! She saved the day!”
“Recently, I noticed a screw in my car tire. Ugh! I had just bought new tires, and the screw was precariously close to the edge. I thought, they won't patch that. I decided I would drive as long as I could. The night before last, my low tire pressure sensor came on. My car doesn't indicate which tire. Here we go, I thought. The next day, before I went to the tire shop, I said to myself, ‘Let's not go down the rabbit hole of doom and gloom.’ I really just want the guy to say everything is okay. I went to the dealer, explained the situation, and hoped it was no big deal. I reassured myself, ‘Everything will be fine no matter what.’ I waited for the outcome. The service guy came to me with a smile on his face. The tires were low because of the outside temperatures. Then, he held out the screw. It was only 1/4 inch long! It couldn't do anything to my tire. I was thrilled. He added that there would be no charge. WHAT!! I gave him a $20 bill and said, treat the guys to something. Thank you, God.”
Do you see it? Our world is craving relief and wonder. The truth is that what we repeatedly consume shapes our biology. The food we eat becomes the tissues of our body, and the media we watch becomes the navigation for our Reticular Activating System.
Our brain becomes wired differently based on what we give it. When we are chronically consuming stories that provoke terror, we are programming our subconscious to find problems, and we are limiting our perception to see possibility and beauty.
It wreaks havoc on every system of our body and goes against a state of well-being. I believe the world needs less outrage. I believe it needs more people willing to document beauty.
More people willing to notice grace. More people willing to remind one another that miracles are still happening every single day. This is only the beginning of The Miracle Project. I hope you’ll join us.
Perhaps miracles are not rare at all. Perhaps we have simply stopped noticing them. So I’ll leave you with this, "What miracle have you witnessed recently?"
No matter how small. A moment of grace. A synchronicity. A kindness. A breath of relief. Document it. Share it. Because the more we train ourselves to notice beauty, the more beauty we begin to find.
